I joined the COA Network back in 2002 to 2006 and did not make any money with this program even though I worked smart and hard with my marketing campaign for three years. I decided to stop my monthly phone system payments which was around $40 bucks, I called and told the maryanne, which by the way was very professional and polite, this was done before the monthly debit of my credit card , about 4 or 5 days into the new month, I notice that the COA network had charge my card, so I decided to give them a call. I spoke to a person in the customer department by the name of Bob, Bob told me that he did not receive any cancellation of my account and he could not refund my money. I did not accept his reason for not crediting back my credit card account, he stated that there was no record or phone conversation of me asking for a cancellation.

Before the month roll around I receive another hit to my credit from the COA Network this time I was ready to explode, because I just talked with this guy just last month about him not refunding my money and here it is another charge to my account, and he said this time that my account when it was closed from our last conversation it was during the middle of the month and even though I did not use the account he had to charge my account because since it was after the cycle it was in the middle of a billing period and it was something he could not change by giving me my refund, Bob went into another account I had on file with them and got the funds around $99, the $99 was charge two different times during the span of tew days totaling $99. This was from the card I had closed with them before and switched credit cards, so the account that I had closed and switched to another card so they could not have access into, when he found out he could not get into my new account, he then went into the other old card I had on file with COA network which was closed and they were not suppose to go into that account, and he charge my card twice and I mention that to him, I had asked why did you go into another account twice that you was not suppose to go into, and his answer was that was the original card that was on file with them, so he had to get the money from it....He made up some silly reson about the monthly cycle that I was into therefore he had to charge me again.

I strongly advise anyone if for what ever reason it is you have to do business with this company, have just enought on the card on a month to month basis so they will not take out more than what is suppose to, and know what time of the month that they will charge the account.

I should have done my research with this company before being excited with all the bells and whistle that they do not stand by...

The nice features that they have and the benefits of their phone system can be match for way less than what they are charging for, if you want a company that charges $10 to $20 as oppose to their $35 to $80 dollars email me at [email protected] and I will give you their info, and I do not get anything from them to refer you, they do not have an affiliate program.

They have a better system by far for less, with a follow me feature, classical piano, and jazz music on hold, the system ask the caller for their name before they connect to you, and when you are connected you get to hear who's calling and whether you want to accept or refuse the call, it is your choice, if you decide you do not want to talk now you can have the call be sent to your voice mail box. I rate the COA network a 2 out of 10 , why the low score? simple, their customer support and refund policy stinks...
