Hello My name is Jason and I have been  a Single father for 10 yrs now with a 17 yr old Daughter,I work for the Local Electricians  Union ,357 Las Vegas NV,  I have Bought a home back in 2008 in Las Vegas Nevada , well things were going Great and work was Good . Than the Recession started to Hit . I was laid off back in 2009 for about 4 to 5 months and started to fall behind on My Payments well in 2010 I got back to work in the end of Feb. and worked through till December 2010, I was Trying to get a loan Modification through bank of America and things were going slow, well in Nov. 2010 I saw an add for a Loan Mod Company Coast To Coast Home home Solutions I sent in an email App and later was Contacted By Jay Minchin the Qualification Specialist and I explained to Him that I was about 13 or 14 months Behind on my Payments and that my Job would be ending in the beginning of Dec. He told me No Problem that they could get me a Modification Guranteed and a Reduction in My Past due balance or My Money back , so I said great so I sent My 3 payments 0f $962 which the last payment ended in Jan. 2011, since I paid them I have recieved No Offers for any Loan Mod and the individual that was assigned My case Lissette Fernandez really did nothing on My Behalf I sent in all My paperwork which included My Bank statements ,pay stubs and financial situation , all she did was call the bank maybe every 3 weeks  to a month to see what the status was on My account which I could have done , so back in March I finally asked about the money back guarantee cause I felt they werent doing what they said in there Guarantee, well all She did was give me the # of the local branch and told me to call them to see what i can do , which I did and they told Me to call the 1 800 number and that coast to coast should Be negotiating a Mod. with the Main Branch So the next day I tried to email and call Lissette and My Emails stopped going through and the Number i had to there office was disconnected, so I Was Very Upset so I starting calling and emailing and leaving voicemails on all the numbers I had and Nothing till a Month later when Ed Reavy called me and lied and said lissette was out of the office and Later in the voice mail He said oh Lissette  was fired  so I asked For My refund Because they did nothing that there contract had Guaranteed and He told me Coast to coast dont Give Refunds, So here I am Loosing my house and out almost 3000 dollars , which I could be using for My Daughters College education, I have gotten 4 Calls from different Idividuals who had the same thing happen to them and Coast to Coast refusing to give them there refunds as well, My name is Jason  and My # is (((ROR REDACTED))) Plz Call Me to see if Maybe we can file a class action suite against Coast to Coast so they stop doing this to Other Inocent families Like Me

Let's set the record straight (the real story)

I understand that there is a place in the world for a website like Ripoff report.   I applaud the site for their service to consumers in most cases.  The negative part of this site is that they allow anyone to post anything about any company
without checking facts and basically allowing any disgruntled person to vent their anger and say whatever they want.

I am referring specifically to a post by Jason Las Vegas Nevada on Wed. April 20, 2011.  Jason made a decision to have our company try to help him with his mortgage.  He said himself that he tried to work with his bank on his own and got nowhere.  He made a claim that we did nothing for him.  I have  a very thick, well documented file with notes and details explaining every single step of the process.  A lot of work was done.  He failed to mention that when he came to us for help, he was already over one year behind on his mortgage .  He signed up with us in early November of 2010 and he had a sale date for November 29, 2011.  We were able to get that sale date postponed.  There were more sale dates set that we postponed as well. We worked on that file for 6 months never giving up.  Even though his financial situation changed drastically during the process.  When we qualify someone and take them on, it is stated in the contract that if the financial situation changes then the money back guarantee is null and void.  We continue to help but there will not be a refund.  Jason signed that contract and
has a copy of it. He became angry when he decided to ask for a refund after all the work we put into helping him.  I
explained that we cannot refund him but I will continue to help him.  He did not want to hear it.  He said to me Thats ok, I will pursue another avenue".  After that he would not take my calls.  In his posting he stated that I told him Lissette, his processor was out of the office.  That was true.  We were not sure if she was leaving us or not at that point.  She was a valuable asset to that company and I was very disappointed to see her go.  She decided to take another job. Whatever the
reason was, it was her reason.  She was not fired; she gave 2 weeks notice and left the company on good terms.  I even tried to get her to stay.  On a later date, I mentioned to Jason that Lissette did not work for the company any longer.  Somehow, he twisted that into me saying she was fired.  It is a lie.  I never said she was fired.  I said she no longer worked there.  The posting that Jason submitted has caused problems for innocent people.  I understand that he was not happy but something could have been worked out.  He decided to handle this his way.  He filed with the BBB and the Attorney General's office.  Both of which I worked with and explained the situation to.  We did nothing wrong.  The man is unhappy and trying to seek revenge against the wrong people.  He was already behind on his mortgage.  He came to us and asked us for help.  We did nothing but try to help him.  I sympathize with him and feel sorry for him.  My issue is that my name and my ex co-employee's names are on Ripoff Report.com attached to lies and there is nothing I can do to remove it.  I would
like our personal names removed.  We did nothing to hurt him.  We have helped a lot of people and we are not a scam company.

There are companies that take advantage of people but we are not one of them.  We actually do care and try to
help.  Postings like Jason's just may keep someone from seeking help when they may really need it.

#3UPDATE EX-employee responds

Mon, May 02, 2011

Good afternoon,

This is a response to the original posted message. I am a former employee of Coast to Coast Home Solutions. I am Lissette Fernandez who is mentioned in the original report. I am a professional in this industry and as I am extremely sympathetic to your situation, I do not appreciate my name being associated with a "SCAM" on the internet, considering I was just an employee that did my job. I don't understand why they would say I was "FIRED". I began looking for work while still being employed at Coast to Coast due to the bad business practices and possibly not getting a paycheck at the end of week. I am a loss mitigation processor and I process files. I do not run companies nor do I handle billing issues. The fact that my name is getting thrown into this mess because "the company" did not follow through with what they promised is not morally correct. I am not saying that what the company has done to people is morally correct either. BUT, my reputation as an honest worked should not be badgered due to shady sales men practices. What if I need a job later on in life and someone google's my name? Now it is associated with a scam? Do you think I will get that job?? Do you think that is fair just because the COMPANY I worked for didn't fulfill it's promises? I would greatly appreciate this original post be edited or I will move forward with legal action as this is a form of defamation of character and I will not allow my future to be blackmailed as I am just a student and just starting my career.

P.S. To any Coast to Coast readers......telling people I was FIRED is probably not the smartest thing to do especially when you begged for me to stay when I submitted my letter of resignation. I'm not a scam artist and wouldn't stay to screw people out of their hard earned money.
