I just logged into my coastal synergy group back office and I have confirmed that the csg is only showing 2 people how had 5 or more sales and 1 person with 13, who btw was not Jani or Pierre.

The CSG is like a cult. It's a group of Raa Raa hypsters who are profiting big from their followers.

While Jani and Pierre are here trying to make things look different, it is what it is. Do your research. Attend these peoples desperate trainings and calls. You'll find that Jani and Pierre are simply followers of this cult.

Over the last few days I've been reviewing alot of information on what I've gotten into. I've found that there's an official system and trainings and then there's this CSG group. I've paid out thousand of dollars that I shouldn't have, but I got caught up on Jani's sales pitch and in their long website. I've seen no proof of results...only talk.

I've followed the systems they've suggested and bought the expensive leads they recommend. I'm very disappointed.

I'm not using my real name as I don't want Jani and Pierre to know how disappointed I am. I will be canceling my system and websites so, they can just figure it out that way.

I did speak with several directors before choosing Jani and Pierre, but I bought into the whole sales pitch I was given. I bought into the bs that I hear from the csg.

It's a joke. They have recently been promoting an event in New York. I didn't go, but I hear from a prominent director who was there that they are loosing their best directors. The people who own the csg are running off their top leaders. They lie about what they will do. The make promises and false promises to their leaders.

All I'm going to say is that I've found a better way to do things. I'm leaving in a few day on a vacations...thanks Coastal Vacations. It's a great membership, but Use Caution.

I've also recently went back to the page I originally found Jani and Pierre on. They are beating up other directors on there. And they want you to think they are just 2 innocent people who are working a business. Well...looks like they don't like it when I share the REAL story with people.

Dear "Pamela" (even though i think i know who you are), I worked with Jani before she became partners with Pierre. I did only work with her for a short time due to my indivdual circumstanes, but not once did i think i was getting lead on, falling for a sales pitch, or that i was being pulled into a cult. I was completely surprise to see this report, and of all people about Jani. I support her 100%. I just felt the need to back her up for everything she was doing for me. Melanie ps. HI JANI!!

Dear Mystery Coastal Director, How can I help you? I truly offer my help to you. Please don't think for a moment that I am facetious or condescending in my comment, but I honestly think that something is really going wrong in your life when you make personal attacks by means of false reports. And when faced with such attacks, I evaluate my course of actions and my heart tells me to be loving, helpful and embracing. Your attempts are hurtful to Jani and myself, not to mention our group of hard working Independent Business Associates. So YES you have personally hurt us through your attacks. I would like to ask you how you feel now that you have succeeded in hurting us on a personal level? Are you feeling a sense of satisfaction? Do you feel proud of yourself? Do you think your children, spouse or parents would feel proud of you if they ever discovered who the real Pamela/Marsha B was? How do these personal attacks make you move forward in your life? Does attacking someone through lies and slander make you feel like you're building a life with a solid foundation, filled with accomplishments and that your children can model after? In my rebuttal to your previous fictitious report (#283803), I stated that your actions will always remain on your conscious and asked you to retract your report and come clean. You have obviously not opted to do that however I notice that you have drastically toned down your approach. I hope this is due to some sound reflection on your part. While your report and arguments are losing a lot of steam and are filled with holes, I would like to think that your toning down stems from slowly realizing that you're not quite happy with your business, yourself nor your recent decisions and actions. If that's the case, you're on the right track and I would be happy to help you. Have you thought of the energy it takes you to dwell in the negative as you do? Coming up with under-handed strategies to discredit others is time and energy consuming and I can't imagine what satisfaction you can get from it. When I work toward positive results on a daily basis, I get a sense of pride and accomplishment. Can you feel the same way after cooking up a way to attack and hurt someone? As I stated in my previous rebuttal, you obviously have strong marketing skills but unfortunately you use them in a negative way. For the sake of the readers, I would like to inform them that what you're doing is considered Black Hat marketing techniques. Marketing techniques using a method or a system that was not intended for that purpose but rendering you favourable results in a dishonest fashion. It's somewhat like Piggy Backing or riding someone else's coat tail and using their popularity to benefit you. We are very much aware of Black Hat techniques and are very adamant on NOT using them. We have always chosen to use White Hat techniques which sometimes require more effort however we are proud of building our business the honest way. How do you feel about creating your reports as ad campaigns with very specific search engine keyword terms to target your direct competition? When people find out who you are and the way you run your business, do you think they will look at you with high esteem? You have to realize that people are finding out and are noticing. It's just a matter of time before you are exposed. Once something is written, it has a tendency to last a very long time and follow you. What you may not realize is that everyone has their very own style of writing and aside from your obvious marketing skills, we can also identify you by your writing style. This same writing style and transparent slander is all over blogs and press releases you have signed your name to. And believe me, the correlation is unmistakable. Everything you wrote and will write will be compiled in a document that shows this correlation. We have already established that you are not part of our Team not only because we have never engaged in any business transactions but most importantly because you obviously have no idea on how we train our Team. You have been given the chance to prove yourself through the various queries I presented to you but you have not offered a shred of evidence. With reason because you cannot produce any of the documentation I asked for nor can you comment on my training methods since you have not sat through my training. Yet you have opted to dig deeper in your sea of lies by creating a new report. Any real person wanting to further comment and prove the validity of their complaint would have used the rebuttal feature but instead you chose to create a new report (new ad campaign) with new keywords and new attention. Another obvious attempt at attacking us rather than proving a legitimate complaint. In this latest report, you state that you do not want to use your real name by fear of showing us your disappointment. So if I follow your logic; you supposedly join our Team with a credit card purchase (when we don't accept credit cards), you supposedly follow our training and then create a report about the fact that we supposedly refuse to honour our guarantee. Well that would suggest that you would've approached us about our guarantee and voiced your dis-satisfaction if you claim that we supposedly did not honour it. Yet your most recent report states that you don't want us to know who you are, hence your anonymity. So if you supposedly approached us with your dis-satisfaction, then we should know you very well and there would be no reason for you to post anonymously by fear of making us aware of your disappointment. Further more, you contradict yourself once more by saying that we will discover your identity when you de-activate your marketing system. So which is it? Do you want to keep your anonymity by fear of showing your disappointment or do you intend to be discovered by de-activating your system? It doesn't make much sense does it? Weaving a web of lies catches up with you and only serves to discredit you and any existing/future reports. You have now filed 3 reports. # 281971 on Oct.30th as Marsha B from SAN DIEGO, CA who made a Coastal purchase for $4000 not from us but rather from another CSG Director. It was written as an ad campaign and did not provide a rebuttal. # 283803 on Nov.08th as Marsha B/Pamela from VANCOUVER, BC who made a credit cart purchase of $4000 with us and then invested a further $2000. It was written as an ad campaign, many people provide rebuttal proving that you do not exist, you were offered a chance to prove yourself and did not provide a rebuttal. # 285279 on Nov.18th as Marsha B/Pamela from DENVER, CO trying to fill the holes in your previous report but not actually filing a rebuttal. If you don't see that your attempts are futile, non plausible and standing on a collapsing structure, the readers are not stupid, they see it. Can't you see that such efforts at trying to dis-credit others are simply a waste of energy that could be devoted to positive and constructive experiences such as spending time with your family or supporting your own Team? Have you ever thought that every precious amount of time you spend at attacking others are really stealing time away from your loved ones? This time could be spent at building memories rather then being destructive in nature. So now, what are you going to do? Are you going to keeping digging further into lies, create a new report under a different user name although you don't know enough about our methods to create anything plausible or simply stop this masquerade and devote yourself to positive and constructive matters? If you choose to keep creating false reports, I would make them more believable where it really sounds like someone was victimized. Actually I have read about a real Pamela who made a report and when you look at the way she wrote it, you can tell she's not about showing off an ad campaign, she's really upset and does offer rebuttal with facts. She even goes as far as thinking she's dealing with someone with a split personality. You should read it and take pointers from it if you want to make your reports believable. Here's the report # 202338. The latest rebuttal to your previous report (#283803) was made by one of our Team members, Susan from NY and it's a beautiful testimony to our business methods which show absolutely no resemblances, what so ever, to what you portrait in your reports. Susan had actually read your above report before making her rebuttal and makes reference to it several times. In fact it could have served as a rebuttal on this very report. *************** Here are some excerpts of what she stated: Dear Pamela, I couldn't help noticing that your location changed. One minute you are in Vancouver and the next you are in Denver. Right from my first day in the CSG I felt the difference. Dear Pamela, What you refer to as a 'cult' in your report dated 11/18/07 is actually a bunch of people truly CARING about your success. As soon as I started my training on the MAC system I was blown away. Everything was so easy to understand and so well categorized...The MAC system is amazingly user friendly. The websites are beautiful and the back office is so well organized. All this for $89 a month??? I was in heaven!! I would not trade her(Jani) for anyone. I finally felt like I was actually running a business. That I know what to say to people, how to present it, how to present myself. All this I had not learned before. I have Jani to thank for it. A death in the family and a month long film production put my business on hold for almost 3 months. Jani never gave up on me. She called me to check on my well being and sent me encouraging emails. When I finally came back, she was right there! She introduced me to Pierre and the new Jade Peaks team, and between the both of them I have been having the greatest help and guidance and encouragment. You are SO wrong about these people. Finally, you had mentioned in your second report that you did not attend the New York event...then how can you say anything about what happened there when you were not there???? Losing directors??? it did not look like that to me. The event was a triumphant success. And the directors that you claim are being lied to were the ones sharing their stories and encouraging up and comers. Anybody could work their way up to a leadership position...it's up to the individual and what they want to achieve. It was a wonderful event. You could approach anyone, and get the same support and when it's time to sign up they ALWAYS direct you to your director. Nobody steals prospects from anyone, everyone is supporting everyone. And for your information, Jani and Pierre's team was the most represented. So they must be doing something right! So dear Pamela, please search your heart for there in lies the problem. Don't take out your own inadequacies and impatience on these wonderful people who are only doing their best to help others make a change in their lives. And as you strive for the gold, remember that it is not only money that makes you successful and prosperous. It is ALL parts of your life that count. So work on you!! I send you Peace! I feel the same way, I would rather spend time with my daughters or helping my Team instead of writing this rebuttal. But I was falsely attacked and I will not let this go by. I do feel hurt however I truly think that something very wrong is happening in your life which pushed you to take desperate measures. We are very serious about getting people information- not about "bashing" other directors, but about keeping consumers AWARE of marketing tactics. This series of false reports is yet a new less then decent tactic. The report is also available on our website www.the-truth-about-coastal.com (also www.jadepeaks.com- it is the same site, with several different domain names pointing to it) by subscribing to our blog, and was first posted on October 7 of 2007. Brought to you by: www.JadePeaks.com Congratulations for taking a serious look at Coastal Vacations! We understand that this is a very serious, life changing decision. Often, we are asked the same questions- how do you KNOW that your future director will be honest, genuine and helpful? Questions to ask your potential director and points to consider: Does your potential director answer their own phone? Do they respond to your e-mails and voicemails within a reasonable time frame? (24 hours) Successful directors ARE busy- no doubt! But, reasonable response to your inquiries is a MUST. It will be very critical to you when you are running your business- you should be available to book appointments to work with your director within a 24-48 hour timeframe. 2)What is their marketing stance? Lots of fancy cars, homes, cheques and claims of having it all on their website? Having a very LARGE team, and supporting them properly is very time intensive! IF he/she claims to be actively working with dozens of people in training and making lots of money while working only a few hours a day- ask yourself: how can that director help people get started properly? It might occur to you that this director makes MANY sales personally with their flashy website and smooth personality, and spends most of their time promoting themselves rather then teaching their team to duplicate! That might indicate to YOU that this person will be available to you and able to coach you individually in very limited quantity- if at all, and that the successful person you started your business under will NOT be teaching you how to DUPLICATE their amazing success. Ironically- it is that individual's success that appeals to your emotional centre- and WHY you wanted to work with them in the first place! 3)Does this person have a SOLID reputation and a PROFESSIONAL presence? If you have ever had a job or hired and employee (especially a babysitter for your children)- you KNOW the importance of this! Think about it- you are HIRING a director to teach you how to be a successful business owner. You are PAYING THEM 1/3 upfront to teach you what you need to know and do! There are a few things you can do to verify this persons reputation, and help insure they are the right person to guide and support you with your new business. First off- do a google search online for their first AND last name, as well search their first and last name with the words coastal vacations. IF that person seems unstable within Coastal or business opportunities in general- bouncing from system to system, business to business, representing more than Coastal Vacations (one director we know of sells everything under the SUN- including vitamins!) or having any valid sounding complaints be wary! If you have a good connection and feeling about this person- and there is something you find that bothers you- ASK THEM about it, and listen carefully to the answer. Unfortunately, in this competitive world, there are some very good Directors out there that have had negative comments made about them- often based on jealousy and even sometimes by competitive business owners posing as dis-satisfied clients. Ask to speak with team members they are either training currently or have released- BOTH- ideally, as this will give you an idea of how consistent they are. Your director might have released someone 6 months ago, built a much larger team in the meantime and now changed training mediums or simply not have enough time. The new system might not duplicate as well- quite possibly a yellow flag. As they say, getting to the top is relatively easy in comparison to staying there! If your prospective director is new and doesn't yet have a team and/or released directors, ask if you can speak to THEIR director, get a reference from that person, and then do your homework on THAT director, find out who they have trained and associated with, and what results and reputations those individuals enjoy. IN GENERAL- like attracts like, and good, ethical Coastal Directors tend to be found together. So- if you connect well with a newly released Director, like and respect who trained them- and find that the more senior director has good ethics and happy team members- chances are those values and skills will be passed down to you- again, the importance of duplication. As an added bonus, your brand new director will have lots of TIME for you, and will tend to be very determined to solidify their reputation by putting extra effort into YOUR new business. Big Name directors with huge teams and large incomes often tend to be GREAT at sales, and low on duplication. Unless you are a born salesperson, marketing and computer savvy and willing to learn by trial and error exclusively- do think twice! Do not fault a new director for being new- YOU will be there one day too! Instead, if you feel good about them- look for a quality Coastal bloodline- their more experienced, seasoned director(s) will have passed to them valuable experience and knowledge which YOU will capitalize on! Good directors remain available to their team- which includes released, independent directors- with that connection in place, you will have support and answers for your questions both on an individual basis and also through your groups system wide resources. 4) Some people will tell you to ask your potential director questions about how many directors they have released, if they own their own home, make 6 figures etc etc. You might consider that one day YOU will be a new director! You won't yet have a thriving team or have bought a new car or moved into a swanky new neighbourhood. The absolute beauty of this business is that by following a simple, proven system anyone can BE successful, and relatively quickly. Instead, you might ask your potential director questions that help you get to know their values, vision and ethics more clearly: Some ideas might be: What do you find to be most rewarding about your Coastal business? What long term goals do you have for yourself? What vision and objectives do YOU have for your business in the next year and why? What do you think are important qualities for Coastal Director to possess? What accomplishment are you most proud of in your business? What is the biggest challenge you have faced in your business, and how did you overcome it? What do you see as your biggest success in your life so far? What do YOU look for in a quality team member? Why did you decide to start your Coastal Vacations business? What do you do for fun, when you are not working your business? 5) The next thing to consider- how PROFESSIONAL is this person? Do you consider it appropriate to degrade another individual or group- even IF they are your competition? Do you consider it professional to spread rumours, some even will tell outright lies to garner your business. There are expert marketers out there who write defamatory articles against competitive groups or businesses and publish them far and wide on the internet as a marketing tactic. We are with the CSG- and most recently several vociferous individuals who have extensive internet marketing presence whose own PERSONAL objectives for gain were not being met with the CSG decided to start a smear campaign against based on cleverly disguised half truths. This was an appeal to garner themselves MORE business- but in the end, their reputations have suffered gravely, because they did not remain professional or even entirely honest- and their short term gain is resulting in long term loss. Ironically, these same individuals are trying to stand on their reputations, success, and some of the other tactics mentioned in this report to attract their sales. It is very true that there are LESS then ideal or ethical directors out there- and usually they have very strong internet presence-they make their incomes based on QUANTITY marketing exposure, not by truly being interested in helping others. Think of it like fishing in a big pond with lots of fish in it- you are bound a catch many if you use fancy bait. Do not forget, there are literally thousands of successful, ethical directors in Coastal that you will NEVER hear of, because they simply plug into their system and have no need or interest to be all over the internet with advertising. There are some fairly unpleasant individuals running MacDonald's restaurants too! It's a fact of life- there are some bad apples out there, everywhere you go- usually they are the loudmouths with charismatic personalities. But, if you smell smoke RUN- follow your instinct- chances are it is right. Think with your head, and don't let someone appeal to the pie in the sky greedy side of your ego. There is no benefit to YOU in asking the person you are speaking with about another director you are considering- unless you LIKE negativity or really want to hear a sales pitch! If you must ask the person you are speaking to about another system, group or individual- decide for yourself if their response was honest, genuine, non self ingratiating, respectful and professional. We are ALL representing COASTAL VACATIONS- and in our humble opinion, it does not serve the integrity or reputation of this business to be less then professional at all times. You can be successful with Coastal wherever you land- but you will seriously increase your chances and ease your path when you have face time with your chosen director, resonate well with them, and a duplicable, simple, comprehensive system behind you. The Director you are speaking with should clearly demonstrate an interest in YOUR needs, and answer your questions clearly and honestly. If they are busy promoting themselves, their background, their accomplishments and posturing their superiority over the rest of the Coastal world- ask yourself what this persons true intentions are! If you do decide to work with them and successful obtain your release- do you want to be in direct competition with your Director (because if that is his/her tactic for making sales, you will have to duplicate it to have similar success!) or trade on their name? It should occur to you that you have your OWN strengths and values to bring to the table, and that your Director should assist you in developing and promoting your unique skills and talents. Where your natural strengths tend to be, is also often where your passions are. Wouldn't it be nice to LOVE running your business and working with people who resonate with you on a daily basis? Following your dreams and passions and bringing your own uniqueness to your business? That is what your Director should be teaching and supporting you in, in our humble opinion! 6) Beware of the expert director. That is the one who had YEARS of valuable and related experience before starting his/her own Coastal Business- this person stands on that experience or previous life experiences as giving them an edge with Coastal vacations. Chances are, YOU do NOT have years of experience- so how on earth are you going to be able to duplicate that persons results? Its OK to have lots of experience, or even varied, related experience before starting your business. BUT- if that expert stands on their amazing background, chances are they have become successful based ON that existing expertise NOT by following exclusively a proven system, and in turn become expert at teaching that system to average, everyday people that have an entrepreneurial spirit and the all important desire to become successful. It is important to remember, that one of the most wonderful things about this business is that ANYONE from any background can be successful- IF they plug into a simple, proven system and have the training and support necessary from their director in order to learn successfully how to do that! The point of having a system, is duplicability! If it is not duplicable- RUN! 7) Lastly, beware of the director that sounds too good to be true. There are individuals online who offer the product routinely on special at steeply discounted prices and/or provide amazing seeming bonuses (video cameras, projection systems, cameras, laptop computers etc etc) as sign up bonuses. Ask yourself- if this person must entice people to join his/her business by cutting out so much of their profit- and thus undervaluing both the product, the business model and THEMSELVES- are they really focused on training you and honouring the reputation of our good business? Presumably, they make lots and lots of sales- again how can they properly train all these people? When you are a new director- are you going to be able to afford to duplicate this incentive tactic and still be able to afford to be in business for the short and long term? At least 50 years before the birth of Christ, the Roman statesman, philosopher, and orator, Marcus T. Cicero, said, As you have sown so shall you reap. You might fare well to remember ancient wisdom! In summary- choosing the right director to work with comes down to 3 simple guidelines: 1) Do you feel good about this person? Do you communicate easily and comfortably with them? Do you resonate with their personal and business values and ethics? 2) Does this person talk the talk AND walk the walk- do you see consistency in their track record when you research them online, if they have an internet presence? If you find something that raises a yellow flag- can you approach them easily and is their response both genuine and reasonable? Can their team members and/or colleagues speak to their good reputation and track record? Do they appear to be more interested in helping people or making sales? We believe that it is by helping people get started successfully, teaching them to duplicate and focusing on assisting them in making their training sales that we will see financial gain (hence the term training sale - meaning that training must take place with your Director). Taking on new team members on our own takes a backseat to our existing team that are getting started! We believe this is how it SHOULD be- our team members are our priority! Just as we teach that new prospects take a backseat to existing and interested parties to our team members in training-we preach what we teach. This is VERY IMPORTANT! 3) Do you both want to duplicate this persons results and business model? Can you? Most importantly- is this person genuinely interested in showing you the way to success- are they going to train you to do exactly what they do, and also support you in our own uniqueness to bring your own assets to your future team members- or are they interested in making a sale and not teaching you how to fish in the world of free enterprise as they do? If they do have an internet presence, are they plugged into a SYSTEM- did they experience their initial success because of that system and do they plug into it still and teach their team members how? Do they work with their team personally, one on one? Do they answer their phone personally, and respond to voicemails or emails in a reasonable time frame? Do they show consistency and honour with their chosen group and system- or do they hop around, blowing in the wind- seeming to always be looking for a better mousetrap? Hello Marsha B aka Pamela who moves from San Fan to Vancouver to Denver, in a matter of weeks... Really, using the very same unique User ID to log in to this public, unregualated website and create now 3 bogus reports on 3 different CSG members is an abuse of this website. It also points to any report on this website being a scam, and the website itself being discreditable. You change locations and stories- but I have to tell you, you are only hurting yourself. My business is actually THRIVING as a result of your actions. It is apparent to everyone that reads this or the other reports filed in short time order that you are merely writing marketing materials for the BOD vs. the CSG. It doesn't reflect well on the BOD membership- so you might want to think about that. Anyone who choses to review our website or contact Pierre or myself or our MANY team members can see that this is a plant. No sales pitch, just facts and information. We are not representing a "cult" but a highly effective system that others try to emulate and in fact copy. There will be BIG changes again in 2008, and again the other groups will be struggling to keep up. A senior member of the CSG leadership has said to me- that it will be like "Japan vs. the USA". There is always more strength in positivity and helping others. I personally can't WAIT to see the new systems coming out! It will be BETTER then BETTER THEN GREAT! It is exceedingly obvious to Pierre and myself as well as our MANY happy team members- who have also responded to your other bogus report that this is merely garbage. You don't want to give out your real identity because you don't want to tell us of your disappointment? Oh, so you don't want to be solution orientated? Its all fine and well to complain but gee, you accuse us of "refusing to accept responsibility" but you don't want to tell us of your identity? We KNOW we don't have you on our team, because we know intimately all of our team members, and really care about their successes and challenges.. so, hmmmm... anyone reading this would see that as very odd. Marsha, Pamela- whoever you are, but we suspect you aren't even female. You lied about being on our team, how you paid us, what we do with our team etc etc- and don't provide any proof of ANY of it? Its because you can't! It is VERY apparent that you are NOT a real person, you are merely jealous of both our success and the CSG as whole. We DO suspect that we know your real identity, and we know that while you were NOT on our team, having started your coastal business well before us- you have tried to spread lies and half truths about the CSG far and wide on the internet in any form possible.... perhaps leaving the CSG was not the very best decision for your business? It seems an act of sheer despiration to be attempting to discredit other successful directors, instead of focusing on what you, yourself can do to improve upon the experience of others. Is leaving the CSG affecting your bottom line? At any rate, it is childish to the point of ridiculous, and it is NOT doing you a bit of good. But, THANKS for putting us at the top of the search engines and driving lots of traffic to our website! Intellegent, interested people doing their due diligence are asking questions and seeing the truth. It simply can't be buried. There is a silver lining to every cloud, and I can't tell you how many compliments and how much praise we have gotten in the past few weeks because of your negative actions. Anyone reading our website will see that we are NOT bashing other directors, systems or groups. We are PROUD to be with the CSG, I know many of the leaders now personally- and having a background in ethics- that says something. Anyone who chooses to leave the CSG- and then bash them- to me, they were not in the right place in the first place.
