Coastal Van Lines Arvin Moving Ripped Me Off. Horrible Customer Service Florida
i was quopted 2600 and the move ended up costing 5100.
The had a inventory sheet with items being moved and under bid then when the movers showed up had already in rested 1200 dollars for 25 boxes we had talked about on phone. Less furn was going but 25 more boxes.
Was never told was 5% fee to use credit card.
Was never toled had to have a two day window.
Was never told needed cash or don't get my stuff back.
Was told movers were company trucks. Mover that brought my stuff was a random truck,that picked up a load.
Was told all mover had at least 5 years experience. They hired to crack heads to uN load truck.
Was told all trucks had a 3 man team. Was one guy and hired the crack heads.
Would not wrap chairs I asked to be wrapped and ended up damaged.
Boxes marked very fragile were on bottom and damaged.
Never recieved. 100.00 discount I was to.d I would receive.
Was told would be given a day notice for pick up. I had to call and find out.
Was told I would get a day notice for delivery got a 6 hour text and never showed til next day.
Contracts do not include company name.
