After subscriber cancels at paypal.com, paypal stop processing payment - this is automated by paypal.com itself and there is no way any paypal merchant can change that. All people signup up for monthly membership authorize for automatic recurring payments until payment is canceled by signing purchase agreement. Purchase agreement is very clear that if membership is not canceled before payment is charged, monthly membership is not refundable. Well it took awhile but I got my money back from them with the help of PAYPAL Guy stay the hell away from this company.
