Like all others people here I have tried to contact him, call the number that say something like "Don't us something something" the website a big loop. I call PAYPAL they told me that May not get my money back unless he refunds it. because the website was not a real item that can be boxed and sent to you. I have sent contact messages to him in PAYPAL and have gotten no reponse at all.

So for that employee to tell us about cancel by a dead end is BS ok fine in my messages to him I said " Can you tell me where and how to find my website and the instructions to get started." No reponse and I get tons of spam from him everyday. Im telling him OK give me my website or give me my money back. I have been out of work from last Aug. As far as I m concern he took my money and gave me nothing back. And one more thing Thing guy is to be friends with MIKE G another internet guru. So watch out.

Hello We process all recurring payments using paypal.com. Therefore all monthly payments can be canceled from inside of paypal account by the subscribers themselves. After subscriber cancels at paypal.com, paypal stop processing payment - this is automated by paypal.com itself and there is no way any paypal merchant can change that. All people signup up for monthly membership authorize for automatic recurring payments until payment is canceled by signing purchase agreement. Purchase agreement is very clear that if membership is not canceled before payment is charged, monthly membership is not refundable. We also help people who want us to cancel subscription from our side of paypal for them. All customer has to do is to go to our online help desk system located at http://customersupportserver.com/ Our phone recording informs customers about this website, also our email autoresponder provide information how to get help with link to that websites. We have tens of thousands happy customers. There are always a very few people out of tens of thousands who forget to cancel and then can't accept they own responsibility for not canceling on time. They want get refund even they are not eligible for it and if they don't get it, blame all on the company. We are legitimate company being in business for year.

Well it took awhile but I got my money back from them with the help of PAYPAL Guy stay the hell away from this company.
