The letter was written on copy paper with 14 typeface letter boldthe addres date was August 6 , 2007 mailed on Aug 9 2009 requesting payment of $1,905.07 ny august 6, 2007 and sts to disreagrd prior mail which I never received, that in advertantly the incorrect credit was name and they apologize then it goes on to state that if I do not contact their office that the client will attmp to collect the debt by other remedies.
This law firm in 2004 sieze my account took all the money I had in the account except for $100 and the person who I spoke to at that time told me you should be glad we did not take all you still got $100 left> This law firm they check to see how much money you have in your account and they claims that is the amount of money that you owe to any pass due account .
I do not ow Merchant credit bank because I am not a vendor. Cohen and Slamovitz were having access to my credit report even when I had no business with them. From you credit report they can tell how well you are doing and this is the time to stage another attack. I have written NY Attorney General office and U spost Master General office. The crroespondence that was recently sent to me has no signature. That alone shows proof of guilt. Whoever sent the letter does not want to take any responsibility. On the letter they are also giving several ways to pay mastercard visa, western union maney gram moeny order checks by phone or mail discover card. Most law offices ask for certified funds as a way of payment.
