College Consultant Group They have not provided us the service that was promised at the seminar. Colorado Springs Colorado
They gauranteed that they would find funding for the first year of our sons college, ( freshman year ). practicly scaring us into signing the contract. the speaker was almost shoutring at us during the meeting and telling us how hard it would be to fill out all the paperwork needed for the FASFA and other financial applications.
In fact there was a lady in the crowd waving a copy ot the FASFA around that left as soon as the speaker finished his speech. I have called several times to talk to a supervisor only to get the same thing told to me that ther wasent one available, they would call me back later. Well I'm still waiting, and my son will be starting college next month and they havent even contacted us to see if we need any help. Ihave asked for a refund and they said we had to file for it withen 3 days of signing the contract.
They also use a financial service thats not connected to them so if you dont make the payments they report you to the credit beureau.
