I went to the Comcast website to look at using their internet service since they claim it is so much faster than DSL.

I used there online chat and talked to a rep that offered me better than the usual promotional offer... he offered me $19.99 a month for 6 months!!! I was a happy camper...

I got the modem from comcast and hooked it up only to find my service was slower than the existing DSL I had, then I got my bill which was $45.95 for the first month.

I called comcast to have them fix it and they had no record of my special deal... luckily i saved the email from the online chat and had to fax it to them so they could get it straight.

Next month my bill comes and it is still at $45.95... WTF????!!!!!

So I call again and the girl assures me that they will fix it and just to pay the $19.99, even though she says they still don't show that they got my fax.

So the next month my bill comes and it is still at $45.95

It was after hours so I used the online chat to find out what the deal was... they still had no record of $19.99 and hung up on me.

After that I called Centurytel and resubscribed to my flawless and fast DSL .

I called comcast to cancel my service and got TONS of attitude for cancelling. SCREW YOU COMCAST!!!!!!!!
