My bank reversed the charges and credited my account back the 299.00 that Commercial Health took after they said that it was non-refundable. The funny thing about all of this is the fact that Commercial Health went to alot of extremes recording bank information but they dont record you cancelling. They can only prove that you gave them information but they cant prove anything else can they. They promise a credit card but they dont record that, just your information. I just went through this with another Company (Yep I got taken two times in one month by two companies) The second one said that I was getting a credit card and then they recorded my bank info but, what they didnt capture was me saying I dont want this because this is not what I thought it was.If they really want to hold you in a verbal agreement then maybe they should record the whole conversation, not just bits and pieces, but hey thats my opinion. Besides that I am getting tired of being taken advantage of anymore. Well anyways the second company debited my account for 150.00 after I told them no.They were nice enough to tell me that they did have that I cancelled but, because I refused to pay 35.00 for saying no they thought that they could take 150.00 I let them know that they didnt have authorization to do that transaction and that I expect my money back in my account by the end of the business day in which they did and I also went to my bank and filed a fraud report just in case. I am sorry but I am getting tired of being pushed around and these people taking advantage of me. I have truly learned my lesson about giving personal info over the phone and I placed myself on the do not call list.
