Avoid this veterinarian, Dr. Carol Lockhart, because her goal is to incur a service and a fee from all customers coming in the door. Even if it means that the servics could kill or defect the canine.
Dr. Lockhart vaccinated a twelve week-old puppy, while the puppy was on antibiotics from a previous visit to the hospital/ICU just two weeks prior, WHILE THE PUPPY WAS UNDER HER CARE. Because the vaccination of a puppy with a weakened immune system while on antibiotics, the puppy developed a virus that sent it back to the hospital/ICU for four nights. Cost for the visit to the hospital was approximately $5,800.
