I can not believe what I have dealt with this company. Never in my life have I ever been refused a refund for a defective product. This company has not contacted me at all. I have filed a report with the BBB in Texas. I have filed a complaint with The Texas Attorney General. Still no response from compactappliance.com. I still have a defective dishwasher on my floor in my kitchen and out of $200.00. The next step will be small claims court.
