I had ordered some kind of computer accessory for my computer which was a sound bar which i thought was a great deal what i paid for it. I wanted to cancel since i found out that i didnt need it for my new computer. They wouldn't let me cancel because i agreed to some kind of agreement that i couldn't cancel once i ordered their product. They never gave me a tracking number or anything to track it. Now i got a letter from them to pay some kind of 60 dollars that i will not pay them because ibroke a contract of theirs. I will never ever buy from this people or company again. I did get credit back on my credit card but since i did a charge back they are after me for the 60 dollars.

In NJ its called Consumer Fraud

In NJ there is a law called Consumer Fraud.  You can file in the Special Civil Part of the NJ Superior Court.  You can bang this guy for your costs and damages x3 (thats no typo-treble damages) and your attorney's fees to boot. I highly recommend you contact a lawyer in Northern NJ and sue these clowns.

After reading all of this, I would NEVER do business with this company.

I'm sorry you had to go through that, but at least you will now save many others the same fate.

You should have never gave in to their threats.

Glad that companies are standing up to people like you

I am glad you paid them. Next time, read what you are agreeing to and you might not have these problems. It is ridiculous how some people think they can do whatever they want. A contract is a contract.

I hope they are much happier now that i sent them their 60 dollars for some  chargeback fee i had never heard of and nor has the credit card company either. But i will never ever buy from this company again. They send me a letter had such poor English that i thought which was poor ethics for a company like this. Oh well their loss.

Some of what this person is saying is true and the other parts are BS. So here's the story. He goes to our website, buys a set of computer speakers somewhere around the end of April first week of March. Gets a shipment notication within the stated time frame we stated, then 4 days later after knowing the item has shipped, goes to our support site and then wants to cancel the item. Mind you that its clearly stated in our terms and conditions that all sales are final, the fact that he has to acknowledge the terms and conditions of the sale upon entering our support site, reread two more pages again that say the same thing, and then asks us to cancel the item.  I mean come on now! The reason why all that stuff is there is for one reason typical things like this. You agree to a contract, you sign a contract, you get 5 emails sent to you with the terms and conditions, and then you ask again what you've been told 7 times!

As far as his chargeback goes, dont stand here and tell us you didnt know. The disclaimer said it plainly and simply, you signed an electronic document that it was stated right there in front of you. You knew what would happen if you filed a chargeback, the fees where disclosed, you falsified a chargeback for non receipt. Then he goes back into our support site wanting to pay for the chargeback fee, mind you again he has to sign another disclosure. Then we just say to follow the address. Immediately this idiot starts making threats and calling us names. Again he gets black listed.

We forgot to state, that he falsified this chargeback for non receipt on the same day that he entered our support site and tried to cancel the item. He either filed the chargeback first and then contacted us to bs his credit card company in saying he attempted to contact our company, or he contacted our company on 5/20 and then falsified the chargeback thereafter. Your computer accessory your talking about is a set of speakers valued at $19. So get it right.

You told our company that you had read and agreed to the terms and conditions, prior to you doing any purchasing or checkout information was asked for. So dont tell us you didnt know. Then during the checkout it asks again if you have read and agree to the terms. So because of idiots like him, we doubled the number of times that they have to say they read and agreed to it. If you didnt agree to the terms which were disclosed upfront, including the actions and fees for filing false chargebacks, right in your face. Because of idiots like him, there are non refundable fees that companies get charged that are non refundable, the paperwork for chargebacks is time consuming and there are short deadlines. Typcial people like him take the cowards way out and think let me just call my credit card company and let them do the work so I dont have to do anything. We're not going to stand there and take crap like what you did. You dont care who you attempt to screw over just as long as everything is your favor. And if you found any part of the policies that were found in your favor you'd jump on it under line it and try to use it against us.

The fact is you falsified a chargeback because we said no and you went and cried like a little baby. Go ahead dont pay it, it will go on your credit report and the collection agencies will be calling you left and right until its paid. Just another coward! Point is this was nothing new to you, you clearly knew what our company would do if you if you pulled this bs. You thought we wouldnt and you gambled and lost. We're not going to allow you or anyone else to pullt he crap like you did. Not now not ever!

Like all the others, this is nothing more than a BS complaint because our company is taking a stand against typical people like this who think they can agree to something, and then do things to violate their agreement and cause all sorts of complications to someone else and not care. You took the wezel's way out and now our company is standing up for ourselves.  This posting this person did is just another attempt to discredit a company.

"i agreed to some kind of agreement that i couldn't cancel"

You should be ashamed because you violated the no cancel agreement and then cheated them by disputing the charge.
