This den of retards couldnt fix your computer if you paid them a million dollars. The idiot technician dispatched to my house could barely turn my computer on. When the dumbass did manage to get the computer turned on, he installed like 50 Trojan viruses and Malware programs on it thus destroying my entire system. The moron then had the balls to give me a bill for $2000 telling me that he bills at $250 per hour for 8 hours. I never even signed an agreement and then the son of a b***h took me to court. These guys suck.

I have also used these guys and they are totally awesome. I agree with the hurricane guy. The initial guy that started this is an obvious lier. I never paid over 100 bucks for a repair and the service has never been less then perfect. They are friendly, reasonable and do an excellent job. Call them if you have any issues with your computer. Do not believe a word of what the initial poster stated!

I have also used Computer Geeks Online for many of my computer repairs. They are reasonable, do an excellent job and have the friendliest staff imaginable. The guy who wrote the initial report is obviously lying. Dont believe a word that the initial reporter said, it is a lie. These guys are the best! I never had to pay over 100 bucks for a repair. Call them!! I agree with the hurricane guy that these guys rock. Call them call them you will be glad you did.

I have personally used this company many times and this report is totally fabricated. First of all they do not do house calls they are Remote Only. The highest charge they have is 125.00 and they do not charge by the hour. I can't believe how people lie, it is so immature. I would recommend them to anybody and I always do. Do not believe a word you read on here, these guys are the best.

Who won in court? How much did you pay or was ordered to pay?
Did the $2000 include data recovery? Did he work on any other equipment such as router, printer or scanner?
