PriceGrabber.com (Smart Stores) (http://smartstores.pricegrabber.com), recently acquired in June 16, 2015 and operating under the Corporate Business Name: Connexity.com (Connexity Inc.) Headquartered Address: 12200 W. Olympic Boulevard, Suite 300 Los Angeles, CA 90064
(Connexity.com) Connexity Inc. is held by a private equity investor firm portfolio (Symphony Technology Group) (www.Symphonytg.com) based in Palo Alto, California. (Symphony Technology Group) is manage by (CEO) Romesh Wadhwani, (Vice President) Quinlan Fang of the private equity firm.
Connexity Inc. (Formerly Shopzilla) are a fraudulent company now managing over the PriceGrabber.com (Smart Stores) Publisher Network. Connexity Inc. will not pay my company for (Pay Per Click) traffic delivered to their merchant partners stores on a (Pay Per Click Revenue Share) rate as promise under PriceGrabber.com Terms. Our company have been with the PriceGrabber.com (Smart Stores) Publisher Network for 90 days prior to PriceGrabber.com sale to Connexity Inc. We have had No issues with the quality of our traffic of any kind until Connexity Inc. took over ownership. PriceGrabber.com (Smart Stores) Publisher Network have paid us on (Three) consecutive times without any reported problems about the quality of our traffic. Connexity Inc. is not willing to pay my company for our aggressive advertising and promoting their ad widgets on our website. Connexity Inc. only explanation for not paying what is rightfully due to our company for marketing their products on our website was low (CTS) ratio to their merchant partners stores.

When we start a campaign running on a (Pay Per Click) (CPC) pay out model rate. We understand that we are going to be paying (Per Click) for each unique visitors sent to our landing page or website as described above as the primary definition of (Pay Per Click) (CPC) rate. We may spend a few hundreds dollars in just two or three days for running a (Pay Per Click) campaign on Google (Adwords).
Many times we don't make No sales from our (Pay Per Click) (CPC) campaign from advertising on Google (Adwords). Does that make it right for us Not to have to pay for our Google (Adwords) (Pay Pay Click) traffic? NO!!!
Now what do you think if we were to ask Google (Adwords) for all of our advertising dollars back because we did Not make any sales or just made a few sales from advertising on Google (Adwords) (Pay Per Click) Network?... What do you think Google (Adwords) would say?
Of course, Google (Adwords) will Not give your money back because you as a advertiser agreed to pay on a (Pay Per Click) campaign model rate. You as a advertiser Must understand that a (Pay Per Click) campaign is a (Make or Miss) Ad campaign that can Not guarantee any sales for the advertiser.
We fully understood that our primary reason for joining the PriceGrabber.com (Smart Stores) Publishers Network was to simply drive traffic to PriceGrabber.com (Smart Stores) period. Publishers of any Ad Network can Not make the sale for a advertiser. It is solely the advertisers responsibility to make the sale after a click has been generated to their landing page or website.
(Connexity.com) Connexity Inc. thinks that they can have their "Cake" and "Eat" it too. Connexity Inc. should fully understand that this is Not "Right" and this is Not the way the Ad Network Industry operates nor the (Internet Advertising Bureau) (www.iab.com) will approve of this kind of defraud behavior that Connexity Inc. are practicing to deceive and defraud PriceGrabber.com (Smart Stores) Network Publishers out of Revenue Share.
Important Note:
PriceGrabber.com (Smart Stores) Publisher Network pays on a (Pay Per Click Revenue Share) rate in standard industry term (Cost Per Click) (CPC).
(Connexity.com) Connexity Inc. will not pay us for the clicks that we delivered to their merchant partners stores as promised under PriceGrabber.com Terms. We are rightfully owed back for 2 months for promoting their products on our website that delivered in the thousands of (Pay Per Clicks) that we had to spend hundreds of advertising dollars per month at our expense that generated the traffic sent to their merchant partners stores. We have unpaid business expenses that we expected to get back once we were compensated for the months of August 2015 and September 2015 promoting PriceGrabber.com products on our website. Additionally, from our aggressive marketing and promoting efforts we did delivered some sales to their merchant partners stores. Connexity Inc. still will Not pay us for the (Pay Per Clicks) that was promised as our Revenue Share on a (CPC) rate. Connexity Inc. is operating a corrupt PriceGrabber.com (Smart Stores) Publisher Network since taking over in June 16, 2015 to deceive and defraud honest publishers for marketing their products.

(Connexity.com) Connexity Inc. has NO desire to honor their payout model which is (Pay Per Click) (CPC) rate as promised in the PriceGrabber.com Terms. Connexity Inc. are (Con Artists) as like the first (Three) letters in their brand name spells out that will R.O.B all of your hard earned earnings IF you make No Sales or just make a few sales to their merchant partners stores. Connexity Inc. mindset is that our company only helped to make a few sales so they forfeited on their promise to pay for the (Pay Per Click) advertising that is rightfully due to us for our company efforts for advertising and promoting their merchant partners stores products on our website.
(Connexity.com) Connexity Inc. is practicing a Publisher Network scheme to "hijack" PriceGrabber.com (Smart Stores) Publishers traffic to serve their own purpose for profit. Connexity Inc. is defrauding my company out of (Thousands of Dollars) in (Pay Per Click) revenue generated by driving traffic to their merchant partners stores on a (Pay Per Click) (CPC) rate.

We have provided proof documentations of our traffic web analytics to Connexity Inc. (Business Development Associate) Jimmy Doheny, and Connexity Inc. Vice President and they dismiss our documentations of records. Connexity Inc. (Business Development Associate) Jimmy Doheny, and Connexity Inc. (Vice President) Do Not deserve to be in the positions that they are in when they don't understand the terms for (Pay Per Click) advertising online.
Additionally, we shared our complaint about Connexity Inc with (Symphony Technology Group) which manages over Connexity.com and they did Not care to respond back regarding our complaint.
We are taking the necessary steps to bring legal action against (Connexity.com) Connexity Inc. for practicing unlawful business tactics to deceive and defraud honest publishers. Additional, promoting False Advertisements to publishers promising to pay on a Pay Per Click (CPC) payout rate model as written in the PriceGrabber.com Terms.

We are pleased to announce this Day of December 7, 2015 that a settlement between Connexity Inc. (Connexity.com) have reach a final resolution. A official agreement was met to settle our complaint dispute regarding Report: #1267697 against the Corporate Business, Operating under: Connexity Inc. (Connexity.com), Headquartered Address: 12200 W. Olympic Boulevard, Suite 300 Los Angeles, CA 90064
We like to inform the general public that we are satisfied with the settlement between Connexity Inc. (Connexity.com) to settle our complaint dispute case out of court. We also at this time like to give appreciation to Connexity Inc. (Connexity.com) Business Development Manager Ben Jones for working to get this settlement done in a peaceful manner.
We sincerely hope in good faith that Connexity Inc. (Connexity.com) has learned from this complaint case dispute. Most importantly never underestimate a publisher nor a publisher standard terms knowledge of the Ad Network Industry. We had to fight to the bitter end to get what was rightfully owed to our company. We encourage other publishers that may read this complaint case to not feel hopeless against any 500 Inc. Ad Network Media company. You as a publisher have a responsibility to bring attention to Ad Networks Media companies online that may be practicing the same tactics stated herein this complaint case report.
