New Mexico Conmen Alert I wish that I could say that this guy and his wife/ girl friend were new but they have taken a lot of people in the state of New Mexico. The State of New Mexico court case lookup shows 8 cases in Albuquerque New Mexico and 5 cases in Raton New Mexico. Pled /NOLO CONTENDEREto 2 counts of FRAUD in 05/15/2002. His wife has 5 cases in Raton New Mexico and 7 in Albuquerque New Mexico. This Man is also a dead beat dad; he is behind in his child support $79,592.94, but he drives brand new cars, buys and sells Rolex watches and cars on eBay.
He will tell you that he works for the FBI, CIA, that he has a Doctoratein paranormal studies, from some diploma mill online, He should have a Doctorate lies and deception and FRAUD. Now he has a warrant for auto theft in New Mexico. Please dont trust this man or his wife with anything that is yours. Please tell your stores about him, and maybe the police will do something about him.
He could be in New Mexico Colorado Arizona or Hawaii.

I am reading this complaint and feel that I need to put my two cents in . First of all I have first-hand information on this transaction that Mr. schutte is being badgered on . I would like to start with this piece of information the victim in this case was refunded the full amount by Mr. Schutte. What makes this situation surprising to me . Is that Mr. schutte helped a local attorney sell his car the car that's being referred to in this case . All monies that were received by Mr. Schutte for the Porsche were forwarded to the attorney that he was representing . I would like to add that this attorney has been disbarred in New Mexico Arkansas and Colorado . And if you look him up in New Mexico you will find that he has large judgments against him for embezzling clients money that was put in trust accounts . Well exceeding over six figures . John Burnett So if Mr. Schitte got caught up in a situation that was out of his control . He still ended up being responsible and paying all the monies owed on the Porsche. I believe that the author of this report has made some errors and is obviously biased and has a hidden agenda for smearing individuals that they do not like . I hope this information is helpful and helps clear up any confusion . As for the integrity of Mr. Schutte I believe that it speaks volumes that he refunded the money to the victim and took a personal loss of 50,000+ dollars .
