Conseco ripoff victimized many consumers Kennesaw Georgia *UPDATE .. How many innocent people
I am another dissatified customer of Conseco! In Jan. of 2000 I signed a contract with them in the amout of $54,000 to finance a new moble home.My contract shows two different interest rates and states any payment over 15 days late there would be a charge of $5.00 or 5% of the unpaid payment. These people, using that term loosely, has been charging my account almost $17.00 a day for every day over 30 days they don't recieve payment. Never the less, almost 3 years later I owe them $57.673, Not encluding interest that totals $193,000. Well guess what, they will never get another dime from me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like for everyone to go to The Monitor a web site that you can pull up newspaper articals and check out the things Conseco has been doing and is involved in since 1998.
Don't be surprised what you will find! $45 million sign on bonas for former CEO, now resigned, but stayed on the chairman of the board still getting 1/2 million salary a year!
These people are taking advantage of thousands of innoccent customers and we are paying for all of it. I wish there was a good lawer out there that would like to become famous and repersent all of the people in a class-action suit so justice and the American Way could still be a way of life.
The state of S.C. has all ready awarded over 26 million to customers of Green Point, a company Conseco owned.
Let the large companys be aware of the little man, we have our rights, state and federal, why are we ripped off and nothing is done about it??????

Since I first entered my rip-of report, there were 19, now that figure has almost doubled. How many hundreds or even thousands of innocent people has Conseco ripped off? I wonder how many don't have access to the internet? It looks like Conseco is headed for bankruptry and is stealing all our principle on there way down!I wonder if a class action suite is what Conseco needs to add to their downfall.
