 I used my debit card and was charged $17.92 and I cancel this on day 1 about a hour later and have been requesting that my money be put back on my debit card all I get is texts and they do not have a phone# that anyone answers then they sent a report stating that the funy phone # has calls on it the valls is for area codes and phone#'s i know nothing about and knows no one then they sent another text stating we fail to do step 2 and account was cancel when i have been requestingy money be replaced this company is a rip off and i want my money back

 I am not trying to commit no fraud my grandson try to used this phone # u supply but u had cancel the service bc of your step 2 whuch I was not going to do bc I asked for my money to be replaced on my debit card so I do not care if you filed fraud charges or not u will have to prove it when I still have all the texts to u and the ones sent by u so filed your fraud charges they will go nowhere when all u had to do was put my money back on my card and the jail was not going to let me give him a prepaid anything it was a simple task put my money back on my card u could go your way and i could go minds and what kind of company is u that text ppl or customers call your phone# never get a answer so if you and your company desperate fir $17.92then keep it and enjoy

 This customer received 2 calls then email us and requested full refund, she said she never used the service, we sent her call history proof ( not report) we sent her invoice, she got mad because she could not commit fraud to us. She was trying to receive calls and then ask for full refund that way she got free calls something like returning a used dress to the store. We have report her for fraud to the authorities.
