Conslines Phone numbet that was given do not work for the inmate never. Ssn Diego,California Internet
I chose a 6mth unlimited package for $60.00 plus tax. I was given a 845 area phone number a few days later. I gave it to the inmate, and do not work. The inmate is currently in Downstate correctional facility. It say it is suppose tonwork in all facilities. I am very unhappy and disappointed with this service.
