George Gonzales took credit application and promised verbally and in writing that they were direct lenders and would not shop the loan. That was my condition of submitting the application. Within days of submitting the application multiple credit inquiries started showing up on my credit file. When Kenny (posing as the owner of the company) called to offer a ridiculous 20k loan with a $47600 over 6 months payback he admitted to shopping the loan.

And attempted to tell me to take the loan and he would hook me up (wink wink) with a buddy of his that would ''Make me look like a millionaire'' in 90 days at which time he would assist me in consolidating the loan.

I bet he would.

If these characters contact you run don't walk as fast as you can. Now I must go through the process of having these inquiries removed from my file.

Now that I know who the merchant is

There are always two sides to every story, in this case merchant came to us loaded with 2 loans stacking them against the policy of the lenders that he borrowed. His payments were to high and he begged for a consolidation of the loans before the lenders found out about it.

Furthermore this merchant applied with many places and was rejected before he even came to us and it was a lo0ngshot to be funded in the first place.

The offer made to the merchant was no where near his claim and it was to be a third position cash advance without collatteral. When you stack your loan it is the same as taking the title to two different banks to your car and taking two loans on it. You are not suppossed to do that.

Merchant was lucky to get any offer at all since when you cheat and stack no lender wants you and the merchant didnt like to hear that so he complained

Merchant error

Consolidated Funding does not do loans so the merchant must have been a merchant that was declined for an MCA advance . Furthermore Consolidated Funding does not check credit nor do we have any way of checking a merchants credit which is clearly stated on our application . We are very cautious with our referral service so that the lenders which we are using do not check someone's credit more than once however there are occasional times where on margin does not qualify for any type of MCA advance Due to very very poor credit and or defaulting on the terms of another cash advance and therefore we are forced to try more than one lender who might give them the opportunity to get some money It's always the people that were declined for credit that have a complaint to make and I am terribly sorry that we could not help this merchant however aggressive trying is good work not a complaint
