I was shocked to discover all these complaints on this company. In December of last year, I received a call from Consolidated Media Services which promised 4 magazine subscriptions for 4 years at a cost of $39.99 for 12 months. I agreed to send an electronic check in January of this year. By the end of February, I had not received the magazines. I called their 800 number. The customer service representative took my complaint and agreed to allow me to make future payments by mail in check. In March, I received only two of my magazines. Since then, Only those two magazines have been arriving every month. I am furious with the company. I don't think I should have to pay for magazines I have not received. The web site this company provided does not link me to their customer service department. I wonder if I'll ever receive all 4 of my magazines.
