Consumer Finance Corporation ripoff experts, the company did not allow the 10 day grace period on my payments McClean Virginia
I DO NOT AGREE with your company policy. I paid all my payments (EXCEPT ONE EXTENSION) within the 10 day grace period and still have to pay interest.
I am 55 years old, and have had many payment plans but have never dealt with a company that did not honor the grace period.
I will put your company practice on the internet, to let people know: YOU CHARGE INTEREST: Due on the 20th better be there on the 20th or you pay interest, without knowing until your last payment, then you get charged interest for 5 years (EVEN IF YOU PAY WITHIN THE GRACE PERIOD), no letter saying your last payment was late, or you owe interest because your last payment was not received on the 20th.
Consumer Finance Corporation "just let the interest grow", and you pay, MY CAR PAYMENT WAS $225.97 MONTHLY, I made all payments within the grace period except one, for that one extension that I requested my last payment is 598.77. THAT'S ALMOST 3 CAR PAYMENTS.
DO NOT DEAL WITH "CONSUMER FINANCE CORPORATION /CHEVY CHASE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK", THEY WILL INTEREST YOU TO DEATH.
