Consumer First Financial ripped me off consumer fraud ripoff Champlain New York
this company called me on the phone and told me that i could get a credit card within three days and that all i had to do when i got the card is take a cash advance and then deposit it in my account and the 249.00 dollars would not come directly out of my pocket. that was on December 13, 2002.
Well i am still waiting for my card. I have been told by several people oh it will be there by the end of next week. Well it never comes. I have asked for my money back since the day after they took it out of my account and they will not give it back.
i just recently spoke with a supervisor and he started yelling at me telling me do you pay your bills on time. well if you did then we wouldn't have trouble getting you a card. i told him that when i was called i wasn't told that i pay all that money for you to try and get me a card.
i was told that i was guaranteed a card. this company has sucked so many people in. i am currently looking for an attorney to start a class action lawsuit against these scumbags. i for one will not sit back and let them keep my money for no services rendered. if anyone else is interested please contact me.
