Consumer Wholesale Travel (C.W.T) ripoff - India Ticket Travel New York New York
I had booked the ticket to Bombay (Mumbai) through Consumer Wholesale Travel (C.W.T) and paid by Check in the month of October. I am scheduled to leave on 6th of Dec and its 4th Dec today and I still do not have the tickets in hand!!!
I have been promised a tracking number several times but I never get a call back. It has been a terrible experience in dealing with this travel agency and I would have avoided it like plague if I knew before what I know now.
I am contemplating legal action. If there is anyone else who have has suffered the same unpleasant experience with C.W.T and planning a similar course of action please contact me.
