This is a very disappointing event. The owner Gia Conti was very cordial up to her apparent fraud. She sent a Fedex Tracking number that showed the package was never sent. Once I notified her, she replied that it was strange and she would get back to me which she never did.
I have sent her very nice emails and voice mailes (she doesn't answer the telephone), and she still does not reply. After all of this, I researched online and found several similar complaints. I am not sure if she is just a bad person that has a Scam going, or she is not organized and has terrible customer service.
Regardless, I have reportyed her and hopefully my credit card service will get back the charge. Too bad our world has these kinds of people.

It took some pressure from my CC service. Gia finally made a refund. This settles the issue. Maybe there is a move towards customer service...
