Im writing because I believe Continental Finance is a total rip off and scam. There is no way to contact them about your bill or complaints about the credit card it self. I call listen to the operating system, I put in my credit number information and zip code and they tell me its the wrong information. If anyone can help me or contact me because this company(CONTINENTAL FINANCE) is destroying my credit.

well if it helps here is the number for the main corporate office of this bank, it;s not their call center from India,, its a number from DE where this company is located,, it's 302-644-6940 and tell them that you want to talk about your continental finance account

Call 1-866-489-3649, enter your card number and zip code, listen to the account information. When you get to the main menu it says "to repeat press the # key," "for payments press 1," "to end the call hang up." Ignore this and press "3." They don't say it on the menu to deter people. Every time I need a live CSR, I hit "3" on this main menu and a live person comes on the line every time. If you hit any other number it will disconnect the call. Try this in this order and hope it works good for you and everyone else. I got frustrated at 1st, then kept calling to find the pattern out for myself and others.

I can't guarantee you will get anywhere with these people - but I have a good phone number where you don't have to hold. It is 877-211-5206. They are hot-headed representatives and will not help you at all if you even the slightest bit angry or just want them to do their job! Good luck!

""Q: What will be my initial credit limit? A: Your initial Credit Limit will be $300.00 and you agree to pay the following fees, which will be billed to your Account and will appear on your first monthly Billing Statement: Annual Fee of $25.00 for the Gold Card or $50.00 for the Classic Card. Each card will also have an Account Processing Fee of $200.00 and a monthly Account Maintenance Fee of $12.00. Your available credit after these charges will be $75.00 for the Gold Card or $50.00 for the Classic Card at Card Issuance. Thereafter, your current Credit Limit will appear on your Monthly Billing Statement. The maximum Credit Limit you can obtain over time is $2,000.00. You agree that we may change or cancel your Credit Limit at any time without affecting your obligation to pay the amounts that you owe under this agreement."" For the OP: They are licensed through Master Card so I suggest you call Master Card corporate customer service at 1-800-MCAssist (1-800-622-7747) toll free in the United States and explain the problem and how you can't contact them. Also, they don't tell you what interest rate you'll get. I can guess that it will be over 16% because of this statement on their website (NY State law caps interest on credit cards at 16%): "This offer is not valid for non-US residents, residents of New York and Wisconsin, and individuals under the age of 18 (age 19 in Alabama and Nebraska).""

To make Payment arrangements on your Continental Finance MasterCard: Call 1-800-518-6142 To report a Lost or Stolen Card Call 1-866-839-3485 Send Written Inquiries to: Continental Finance Company, LLC P.O. Box 8099 Newark, DE 19714-8099 ------------------------ I called the first number (800) and it does work, but since I don't have an account I can't get any further than that. If you can't get any further, then try the Lost or Stolen Department and then tell them you mistakenly dialed that number and want to talk to Customer Service Rep. CFC is owned by the First Bank of Delaware, LLC. Good luck!
