I ask that you contact the rebate center regarding your rebate submission. There may have been a computer glitch or the fact that something on the receipt was unreadable. If you call us we should be able to get this fixed for you. Although this rebate is from December 2006 we can send a request to have your old rebate pulled up and see what the error was if it is not to late and then possibly have it corrected, so before you go any further I suggest you call the rebate center.
