Contractor Choice Lighting Fraudulent company, rude, ignored e-mails, DO NOT USE- beware Valencia California
Ordered 16 lights on July 19. Arrived via UPS with 4 lights broken on July 27. Its now Sept 16 and I have not received the replacements nor has UPS picked up the broken ones. I have done everything they have told me to do in a timely manner which included sending them pictures of the damage and still no new lights. Last 2 e-mails have gone without a response from them.
They are rude on the phone 818-534-5300 and they have not resolved the problem. My credit card company is now aware of this problem and the amount is credited to my card.
My impresssion is that they never contacted UPS to get the lights since they are still sitting here after over a month and they never had any intention of sending out new ones. I order items via the Net all the time for years and have never run across a shameful company as this one. BEWARE.
