CopyServe USA Charges $10,000 for copiers that don't work and then they refuse to service or replace them, ripoff!! Duluth Georgia
DO NOT PURCHASE OR LEASE A COPIER THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!! THEY PLAY GAMES SUCH AS REFUSING TO TAKE CALLS, REFUSING TO RESPOND TO LETTERS, AND THEY USE ABSURD LIES TO DELAY AND EVENTUALLY REFUSE TO PROVIDE SERVICE. THEY PROMISE SUPERIOR LEVELS OF SERVICE UP FRONT AND ONCE THEY'VE MADE THE SALE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT DELIVERING QUALITY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
CopyServe sold us this copier and promised it would take care of our color and b/w copying needs. Within days of it's installation in our business it repeatedly failed. We experienced approximately 20% up-time with this machine.
CopyServe eventually acknowledged the inoperability of the machine and ensured us it would be replaced with a system of greater value. What we received was a b/w only copier that was very old and used. It's appearance was also unacceptable.
To compensate for the loss of color copying they later provided us with a used color laser printer. These two machines have had more problems than the original machine and they are not capable of producing what the original product was supposed to.
After countless calls and letters, CopyServe still refuses to service our copier. For over a year we have been forced to fight customer service, repair, and replacement of this system.
We want CopyServe's used and inoperable machines removed from our business and we want a refund. Our business cannot function properly without the ability to produce a high volume of copies.
We were reluctant to file this complaint but now Mr. Manis won't even return phone calls or respond to letters requesting a resolution. We were left with no other choice.
