Ms. Corinna Apel's lies and outrageous stories are poor excuses to avoid giving me my money back for a service she never rendered. This is about my $200 deposit for a vacation rental not suitable for humans, see pictures here http://www.vacation-rental.me. Her claim "As soon as he send the reclamationform, i can handle the claim" is BS. I have asked for my money back repeatedly and she just plays stupid. Hello,
thanks for transmitting the review of mr./ mrs. CHRISTEAS.
As this is a pending claim, i do not understand why family CHRISTEAS try to put my name and business into bad..
As soon as he send the reclamationform, i can handle the claim.
This seams to be very misbehavior persons / renters named NUR CHRISTEAS and GREGORY CHRISTEAS who are not very reliable or trustful.
I delivered the apartment in punta cana and send them a popertymanager. mr. CHRISTEAS went into the apartment without paying any deposit or rentalpayment,as my propertymanager agreed, as mr. CHRISTEAS was tiered and promised to fulfill the contract next morning,also he had no money at that moment. Aswell he turned up with some unknown women(wich was not his wife)..
after a while he told the propertymanager that he did not like to stay in the apartment, as his wife was coming later that day. Maybe trouble with two women.
The unknown lady was shouting arround, and putting the garbagebags from next door apartment into the rented apartment and sprayed a bottle of coca-cola over the bedding.
Than they left the apartment in this desaster, and throw the keys on the floor in front of the feets of the propertymanager. All these was going on with a lot of shouting and agression.
mr. CHRISTEAS do not complain to me, and did not give the propertymanager the posibility to find a way to satisfy mr. CHRISTEAS. As the propertymanager found out, mr. CHRISTEAS already had booked a different acodomation.
My propertymanagement.and i never had such renters before, it was the first time ever. And we are doing the rentingbusiness, especcialy in bavaro/punta cana for several years.
I am still trying to find a solution with the CHRISTEAS, but they are not very helpful. They do not answer my e-mails, to bring the reclamationform or any witnesses not beeing involved as they told me. He wrote, he has local people seeing the apartment when he was going in first time.
I hope this letter helps to see both sides !
If a claim is not finished,such bad things should NOT be published.
