Cornerstone Cleaning Ryan Nelson Incomplete service, cutting corners, refused to resolve

Engaged Ryan Nelson and Cornerstone Cleaning for roof moss and gutter cleaning. After negotiating a 20% discount for reduced scope of work that included me taking care of multiple gutters, waited 8 weeks for service only to have short cuts taken - skipped gutter completely full with debris, poor cleanup, and non responsive to requests to have the job completed - actually requested additional payment to return and complete.
I have never had such a negative home service experience.
