Corporate Travel Solutions Unauthorized credit card charge - great story line Orlando, Florida
They contacted me saying they have a buyer for my timeshare. They gave me a great story line (his name, steel mfr, came to Orlando for a conference, buying 4 units for his employees' vacation, willing to put a deposit, can close in 90 days but they will try in 45). They asked for $1,200 and sent me an agreement. I asked to change and they agreed. I added a paragraph that they could charge ONLY after the deposit is made available to me. Guess what? They charged my card and after 5 months they keep telling me stories that it is still in process. I checked with the timeshare company and they have never been contacted about this sale and to verify that I'm the owner. 5 month for an escrow of a $37k property with a deposit 5 months ago?! I am disputing with Visa and would like to advise you not to try to sell your timeshare with them.
