Costumer UKEN My daughter and I play UKEN games call crime inc. We expend money in our characters and we trust that company. We was report for 3 person we know about im the owner for both caracter. was not true my Internet, Florida
Me and my daughter play the game crime inc from uken. after we expend money in our character and have fun and never be disrespect any other player. My character get banner and my daugther was reset after she just buy 30.00 on respect to keep a open war and fight. She get hit one person who i know on person and because that person dont won must of the time she and his fiance and a friend report uken that im the owner for both accounts.They don't said nothing to me or adverstasment to see what happen and clarify the situation.
I was banner for a week and after fight try to they return my daugther caracter they extended for two more days my banner. My daugher character who was call Hot Chick was reset by the company. No rules said parents, relatives cant play and be in the same family. Also my daugther and I have the same names and last name except I have a middle name. Im try to explain that but they dont listen and dont return any money. Please dont expend money on this company. They no are a serious company and just want close accounts after you put money on and dont return.
They said in the email to I admit be a owner of both accounts and that never happen. I have all the emails and proof my daughter and me have same names. is a lot of money involve. They stolen or american money to get rich. Please be aware. I hope I can do something legal to make that company paid back all the money my daughter and I expend and the time consume me try to explain and telling the truth. Dont put you money on this company who close you account without proof or evidence and dont want return your money. Also no rules to said relatives cant play on this game or be in the same family.
