Countrywide RV Mark Davis, Buyers and Sellers STAY AWAY from this criminal! Austin, Texas
Mark Davis will act like your best friend and lie through his teeth! He leased our RV for a three year lease purchase and raved about the "buyer" being a long term client and stable. From day one of a three year lease we had to chase down payments and even hire an attorney. The "buyer" did not do ANYTHING according to the lease and Mark was no help at all! He had already pocketed the $8,000 finders fee! Mark Davis words his contracts to where it will cost you dearly to pursue and he knows it.
He lies and tells you if it comes back he will make three months payments and he WILL NOT! We got the RV back one year early. ($16,000 we lost there) - The buyer did NO maintenance as required and over $20,000 in DAMAGE!!!! The "Buyer" even claims that Mark stole $3,000 in parts off the RV and sold them to make even more money. I have filed criminal charges against Mark as well as the "Buyer" for vandalism and civil charges are in the works. I wish I had known what a scumbag this guy is! He is an arrogant a** as soon as he gets what he wants and is now a thief as well!
Once the RV was returned damaged he said, "Oh well, what are you going to do, sue? All you will get in Texas is a judgment!" Then he had the nerve to assume we would lease it again through him! He is charging the "Buyers" an outrageous of $8,000 for something that a reputable company in Alabama will do for $750!!! Stay far away from this loser!!!! It has cost us over $36,000 to do "business" with this scumbag. Final note - He came and picked up the RV from us but when it was returned, it was our problem to get it back and he was too chicken to face us with all the damage!

Hmmm - Funny is right! We have a judgment!!! The judge ruled in our favor and even told Mr. Davis that she knew he had stolen items off of the RV and "Most likely sold them!" Feel free to look up the public record of case # 117611 JP Court #2 Travis County, Texas. He had his day in court and justice was done! The judge saw right through his lies and scolded him good! His so called clients are the next ones going to court and we are quite sure that the results will be the same!
The total losses are now around $40,000 due to damages and lost rentals. The client/former attorney has dozens of judgments against him totaling hundreds of thousands of dollars. THAT is the kind of client that Mr. Davis will "sell" your RV to and then he convinces them to return it so he can charge them another "lease fee" of $8,000 and tells the client "Do not worry, they would never pursue a lawsuit" Guess what!? He and his clients messed with the wrong people! STAY AWAY he is a scammer!!!!

This complaint is emotional and baseless. I guess you can make up or say anything on rip off report.
The complainers received 28,800 in rentals. I personally did not see any damage to the coach.
The lessees returned the coach early because the owners were mercilessly harassing them with disgusting and foul emails accusing them of being thieves and liars. Sound familiar?.
The formerlessee is a retired lawyer and spent thousand of dollars on other repairs to their coach and it was in the shop for a couple of months and they were unable to use it.
I had another lessee ready to take over immediately, but the ownersaid they wanted to keep it and use it.
So they actually made $36,000. Funny how that math gets turned around.
