Raven did ask for Countrywide to ship his goods to New Zealand and within one hour Raven was told we do not service or ship to New Zealand and their credit card was never charged. That's it, we let the customer know as soon as possible, and they got pissed and started lying and posting this ridiculous blog. Anyone calling Countrywide Transport knows a live person answers the phones during 9-5 M-F Eastern Time. All service companies get complaints from time to time, things happen, we are here to help our customer in any way we can.

...I am tired of this childish fighting. I knew NOTHING of the sort until almost two minths AFTER my pickup date was arranged. You just didn't realize you had a person that would fight to get their money back, and now you are trying to make me look bad. I still have the original, dated e-mails. I have phone bills. I have documented EVERYTHING so don't try to tell me I'm wrong. It was a simple thing gone wrong. And for more information- here is where I got my other information and some other testimonies: Countrywide Transport This company is an alias of 'Access Van Lines' Owner: daniel birau License information: (click DOT license number for authority/insurance information): DOT #: 913374, MC #: 395638 DOT #: 1170806, MC #: 461864 MC #: 513418 DOT #: 1621672, MC #: 598903 Known Addresses: 104-70 Queens Blvd Suite 202, Forest Hills, NY 11375 110-48 72nd Avenue Suite 2b, Forest Hills, NY 11375 56-04 Flushing Avenue 3rd Floor, Maspeth, NY 11378 6180 Atlantic Blvd Suite F, Norcross, GA 30071 6371 Atlantic Blvd , Norcross, Georgia 30071 6371 Atlantic Blvd Suite F, Norcross, GA 30071 Known Phone Numbers: 212-391-1658 718-261-6418 718-275-1552 718-381-3338 770-326-9310 770-326-9449 770-449-1460 770-449-1574 800-298-9947 Web Sites Used: http://www.accessvanlines.com http://1ait.com http://accessinternationaltransports.com http://avlatlantatransport.com http://www.countrywt.com http://www.countrywidetransport.net Links for more information: RipOff Report The following companies have used the same addresses or phone numbers or both: AVL Atlanta Transport Access International Transport Access Van Lines Freedom Moving & Storage Quick Trip Movers Worldwide Moving

You knew that Countrywide Transport would not do your move and you became very angry. You got your refund and no one stopped it from getting to you except the US postal service. This is not a fight or arguement, we work hard here and don't want you or anyone else saying nasty things about us. You are just one person who seems to like to start trouble, but as i said before you knew Countrywide would not do your move. You are keeping us from feeding our familes, when your arguement is with a terminated employee.

Here is my reply to the rebuttal from the employee at Countrywide Transport: First of all, I am married so in order to get the help I felt I deserved, I gave all of my last names- 1)my previous maried last name, which was what was current on all I.D. cards, 2) my maiden name, and 3) my new married last name. Is it a crime to give all of your information to a company so that they may serve you better? Secondly, I was never informed of the mistake this person made, nor did I get any explanation for why my move was not able to be handled. I was told my refund was sent out in the mail (and yes, it was still the same person that e-mailed me the entire time, you know, the one that was "fired") and it took almost three months to get it. When I finally did receive the check, it was dated so early as to cover the company's a*s! It was dated almost two months earlier I am guessing because after I researched and read other complaints (LOTS too, not just "one or two") I then threatened to sue the company. No one answered my calls and no one responded to my emails. I will NOT be made to look like a liar when I did all I could to get this refund after such shoddy customer servive. You people out there have no idea how hard it was to get the check in the first place. I still stand by my word and suggest you all stay away and look somewhere else for services to move your belongings. All you have to do is look online and so many sites full of complaints will pop up about this company AND all their alias' (ha! try to say that about me, and look at you!). Thank you all for your time. Do not be fooled by big companies who are out to hurt the little people, and then try to pass the buck!

I work for Countrywide Transport and we provide the best service at the best price. We are very nice to people and eager to sale, but do not rip off our patrons. There is always a live person on the other end of the phone during working hours. We all handle our customers from start to end. The sales person that took care of Mrs.Diana Sparks was terminated because of making a mistake on pricing. Mrs.Diana Sparks was notified that we could not service her move, and that we had no trucks available to do the job going to New Zealand. You cannot blame the company for one bad apple. Management took care of Mrs.S--- and returned her refundable deposit which had to be mailed to New Zealand. I had to write this rebuttal because this complaint made by Raven/Diana Sparks/Perez.(She presented herself with different names)is effecting the livelyhood of many employees at Countrywide. Mrs.S---, I'm sorry for your experience but when we don't even know your real name, how can you bad mouth us like that? Your email address alone is enough to show us many things as decent hardworking people. "No weapons formed against us shall prosper". How can we all be Liars, rude, robbers and theives when we handle hundreds of people everyday. One or two bad complaints make us look very bad, but I am here to say we are honest people, the public has a choice to take our service or not but trying to keep a company from making money is wrong. I am patience with my customers and want them to be happy with our service so don't let human error destroy us. Gina Norcross, GA Countrywide Transport, Inc.
