This company has the worst customer services in the industry. Their products are all over in the retail market unfortunately. Please be aware before purchasing any of their products. They are found locally in Wegmans Food and Pharmacy and Bed Bath and Beyond. I am still waiting since 02/2008 for the following promised replacement items under their 5 year warranty.

1 Cayman cove pattern ( 9' market umbrella with crank and tilt ) sku # 6-67930-00446-3 Purchased from Wegmans; umbrella defective.

2 Oversized Relaxer lounger chairs with adjustable canopy sku # 148-719-26 Purchased from Bed Bath and Beyond Chairs fell apart.

American-Made Product

American made-product is expensive and the reason why we pay less for different products is because they are made overseas. You can't complain about not having American-made products if you are not buying American-made products. It does not make any sense.

Thanks.

It is said that the reatailers are too concerned with just selling their product that they do no bother to even check to see if their vendors ie) Courtyard Creations and Polyware Sales and Marketing, Inc. actually honor the warranty on the products sold. This is a terrible way to do business and some people should start a class action law suit with all parties involved ( retailers and the vendors involved ). Maybe we would get more American made product and craftmanship again.
