Courtyards at Buckley Hickory Ridge Broke Down Apartment Aurora Colorado
I came to find an apartment at the Courtyards at Buckley a month and a half before my lease was up at the other apartment I was living in. When I went to the office to get my key three days prior to my move out day at my other apartment, I come to find out the apartment wasn't ready. It needed to be painted doors, closets, and the shower door was broken. The board underneath the cabinet was missing, I didn't even have the stove bowels. I was told they would fix everything which never happened.
After moving in I noticed it was always cold in the apartment, I called maintenance to get it checked out and I was told they don't turn on the heater until mid October. The hot water barely works I was told I have to keep in mind how many residents their are in that complex. My key wouldn't unlock the door, good thing my patio door was unlocked. Maintenance said I could go through the patio door until they find another lock and never came back. Their maintenance says they are going to do something and never do it. I have space heaters and keep the stove on to stay warm. Now my lights, refrigerator and stove do not work and haven't worked since yesterday. This place is expensive to have to go through this many problems. I have no reason to lie I'll post a video on YouTube check it out.
