While I disagree with Charlotte from TX, I do not consider her "wacko" because of her Christian faith. She is mearly misjudging Covenant base on her limited knowledge of its procedures. Apparently her husband has had good experiences with the people at Covenant he has had to deal with. I have not.

Holy mackrel! That woman sounded like a bible-thumping, uneducated, uniformed midwest whacko! There's never any shortage of nuts, eh? Never cast pearls to the swine! Let this woman think that everyone on here who has castigated Covenant is merely making it all up.... he he he he. WHACKO!!!!

My husband is a driver for Covenant. He recently went thru orientation and was very pleased with the orientation and Ms. Charlene, the instructor. She was knowledgeable and a great asset for Covenant. The company is a christian company and I admire them for being that. You know one thing I have never figured out is why people quit and still remain on the job. I read over allot of negative comments from employees and it seemed to me that they would be able to at least get off the clock before they spouted off about Covenant. It never fails that unsatisfied employees will gripe and complain and you know it is alwasy SOMEBODY ELSES PROBLEM OR SOMEBODY ELSES FAULT. We live in a mobile society and these people could just move on. I have met the owner about a year ago and he is a very sincere and yes, christian man. I was also friends with their recruiter, Rick Adams. Rick was one of the best christian men I had ever met. So don't cry COVENANT IS A CHRISTIAN COMPANY, BECAUSE THAT IS A TRUE FACT!AND I AM PROUD OF THEIR ADMISSION THAT YES, THERE IS A GOD! My husband has the best fleet manager that he has ever had. RYAN is the best. He routed my husband to Hutchins, Tx so he could get into a practically brand new trainers truck. My husband will be training for Covenant and he is very pleased. Also, I might add he has over 29 years experience. In other words, he has been driving long enough to spot a winner! I wish Ryan, Charlene and Mr Parker the best for the upcoming year! The bible says that we should love others as we love ourselves. Can you love others and continue to run folks down? You might ought to get on your knees tonight and thank God that we have christian companies such as Covenant. God bless you all! Dianne
