cowboy capital realty Andrea McGilvray scam, rip-off, liars, false advertisement, Bait and switch Internet
False advertisement - Compant advertizes 20ac in Bandera, TX for $90,000. You request info they say it is available. Then they say it has been sold. The only catch is the property been on their website for over a year as a Bait and Switch tactic to get prospective customers.
I was told the proerty sold. A week later my friends calls and is told it is still available then is told it is sold when told he is interested.Another week later anopther person calls and is told the same thing. Endless BAIT AND SWITCH tactic.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM !!!!

The listing that is in questions was 20 acres owned and brokered by a attorney. IT was not a listing I held and therefore I was not required nor obligated in any way to show or tell anyone about it unless I felt that the person looking for a property like this would purchase this property using my services.
At no time am I obligated to help anyone that is not going to use my services.
Also this property in question was extremely well priced and I showed this property at times 3x per day. There were multiple offers multiple times and since I did not control the listing, I am only obligated to the buyer (one at a time) So if this person that has made a complaint against me has a problem, they are probably one of those that is a real estate agent, or a buyer that had a real estate agent working for them or I was already working for a buyer under a agreement that I do not work with another buyer for this property.
I feel this complaint is totally unwarrented because I show loyalty to my clients, not customers or listings that I do not represent.
