The website www.jtracker.com was down again - all day 07-01-18 hurting every broker and every carrier in the auto transport industry. Cox Automotive does not have any evening or weekend support for this site so over 7,200 brokers are screwed royally every time the site goes down. It goes down often because this 19 year old cloud server website is held together with duct tape and spit. It's useless.
