Please beware of services you purchase from "AFFORDABLE FINANICAL SOLUTION. cpnandcreditrepair.com"

Her name is Jeannie Kerns and she make promises about repairing your credit beware "SCAM" she take your money and you only hear from her 1 time and thats to say "Thanks for your purchase" . After that you have to threaten her that you will call your bank to get a refund if she does not provide the service you paid for. Then you will quickly get an email back from her.

After you threaten to get your money back she will act like she is working on your credit or cpn and then the next day you won't hear anything else. Instead she sends out a mass email stating that she is busy. 

She offers many sales on her website at least 3 every weekend and get hundreds of dollars from peole but only do maybe 2 or 3 people out of 100.

Jeannie will Woo you in to all her so call "Good Sale" but won't deliver or if she does its not what you paid for. This is not RIGHT  she take your hard working money and don't provide the service that she is offering. Don't fall for all those Great reviews that you see on her Website. Those are just the few people that she did the service for.

Remember I said she will fix a very few out of the 100's of people that pay for her service. Those reviews are from the Lucky people what about all the others that paid money and never got service. 

Try calling Bank of America, Suntrust, Navy Federal , Wellsfargo and ask them how many times they had to give refunds because of " Kerns Associates"  thats the name that she does  business under.

Beware...

I agree with your complaint and feel this abuse has to end.  A petition is being filed which I will be turning over to the proper authorities for a formal investigation: ipetitions.com/petition/petition-against-jeannie-kerns-affordable

Click on the link and join the petition.  Your help and involvement will not only give you a better chance in getting your refund back (if you haven’t already received it yet) but also put this matter into the hands of proper authorities who will investigate the business and discontinue the deceptive practices that is currently being initiated.  This will also help prevent other people from falling down the same path.  The fact that there are years of excessive filings/reportings of the same deceptive practices on a business is extremely alarming. 

 

The petition is really quick and easy to fill out.   There is strength in numbers so join the petition as soon as possible.

I have contacted over a dozen times and you have yet to respond. All you do is send automated bullsh*t email responses. If you cannot handle your workload you should not be continually taking clients and their money. When people spend their money on a service and are giving an anticipated date, that is what they expect. We DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR WORKLOAD when paying money.

I asked for a refund and I havent gotten anything. I am a business owner and I know responding back takes time but at what f*cking time do you plan on responding. You may have got away with playing with other people businesses and money but I promise you f*cked with the wrong one and I will get every penny back one way or another! I run a legitimate business and people trust me and now I cant deliver what I said because you are a f*cking liar and scam!

I understand there will be upset customers here and there. What's the old saying. You can't please everyone...

Well I can say that I am very happy with the service that I have received.  I have only been with Jeannie a little over a week and she has been on point. The services that I purchased have already been delivered and she is great with responding to emails and making sure all of your questions are answered.  

I have had no problems and she has been great.  Here's the deal. Check around and you will find her prices are ROCK BOTTOM,  She is roughly 1/3 rd of other people that I have spoken to.  People that want progress over night will never be happy no matter where you go.  

So far Jeannie has given me better prices and much better service.  I am happy..

Do you people realize that writing these things are ridiculous. 

I mean all you have to do is EMAIL ME and I will respond. Maybe not in 2 minutes but I do respond.. I have a lot of clients, and it takes time to respond to each email, voicemail and do all the work. 

All you have to do is email me.. If I dont answer the first time try again. Contact me now and I will make sure you are taken care of.. 

That is why I do take credit cards. because you cannot say I keep your money - Because if someone is NOT satisifed you can chargeback... I apologize you were not taken care of. But it was not intentional at all. Please email me now and I will take care of you immediately.
