The reason the customer didn't get a refund is because he was not the person who used the credit card that purchased the PC. He stated that the credit card was a "friend" of his. Because of this, and the fact that the address he gave us did not match the address that was on the credit card, rasied a serious red flag with our billing department. After we were able to verify the informtion, and after I was able to get ahold of the cusotmer via phone myself, we sent the customer a check, which he has cashed in full.
