Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This guy tried to fix our Laserscope a while back, now realize I'm not the only one. He came in to repair our Laserscope, and completely ruined it. He said he had some type of card to repair the machine, but basically had no clue what he was doing. The machine ended up completely shot, we had to buy a reaplcment machine. This guys an idiot.

I have just had dealings with Mickey Couvertier who is now in Puerto Rico. He is the most disrespectful business owner I have ever had to deal with in the 20+ years I have been in the corporate world. Tech agrees to do a job a certain way and to be paid accordingly. When he does not do the work as required and you tell him about it he will curse you out and disrespectful. Avoid using this Company at all expenses. There are definitley better people to deal with then this piece of garbage!

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

I have reviewed our company records, and we have never serviced a Laserscope unit out of Pennsylvania. The report is obviously false. The customer leave no form of identification, nor any way to correct the complaint, which we are more than willing to do.

We have one customer in Pennsylvania, and this customer owns Cutera systems, not Laserscope. We turned down a service request for a Laserscope/Iridex Gemini system in Pennsylvania in July of 2012 because we were being hired by a third party company that had paid us late in the past, and we no longer wished to do business with this company. We had an inquiry from another customer in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 2010 regarding the repair of a Cutera Coolglide.

This is the extent of our dealings in Pennsylvania. With regard to our service of Laserscope systems, we have a 100% success rate, as far as I can tell from our records. We have only serviced systems supported by Iridex, and for which we possess service information for in accordance with 21 CFR 1040.11(h)(2)(ii). We use OEM parts, and our technicians are both Certified Laser Repair Technicians, and Certified Biomedical Equipment Technicians.

If anyone is willing to come forward and identify this alleged deficiency in service we will be more than willing to correct it.
