This is actually funny to read. The load of crap people waste their time complaining about and do they really believe they are a victim? Its pretty simple. If you dont pay your bill (especially to a subprime company because you ripped off many others prior to this) you will get your car taken from you. They owe you nothing.

First off, I am not going to answer any questions from a wanna be lawyer.
- Translation...You are 100% correct but instead of admitting that you are correct I am going to fall to the lowest common denominator on this site and claim that you are an employee of the company.
Oh and be sure to keep us up to date as to what progress your attorney is making.

First off, I am not going to answer any questions from a wanna be lawyer. I know what happened in my situation, and I would honestly hate for anyone to have to go through that as well. Maybe not you, but the average hardworking person. So you can tear me down all you'd like, I will not go into detail about my case, but it is being handled by a real attorney, and we are making progress, and hopefully can get this resolved. Until then, I think anyone who is dealing with this company should use extreme caution, and please check your loan information on a regular basis, to make sure everything is correct. Happy New Year! Thankfully, mine is fantastic!!! :o)

I was looking through my local courthouses civil divison, and saw not only my name, but that they were about to begin garnishing my paycheck!
- Interesting hobby to just out of the blue check out your local court civil section to see if you have any lawsuits against you. Do you do the same with the criminal side to make sure you don't have any warrants out for your arrest?
Anyways back to the loan...
They are sneaky, they lie and give you the run around everytime you call. They NEVER inform you of what's going on, you WILL find out the hard way! I never received any notices, not even a phone call after I made multiple attempts to contact them over a car that was a lemon,
- So they do not send you any notices, not even give you a call but they still somehow are able to lie to you and give you the runaround..ummm okay
I never heard from them again
- And you of course tried to contact them..right? Or is this another case of them giving you lies and the runaround when they haven't even contacted you.
Now, in the unlikely event you are telling the truth and not leaving anything out, and had not already filed bankruptcy you would have one possible saving grace. In order to garnish your wages they must file a suit and get a judgement against you. For this they must serve(notify) you of the suit through a summons. If you are not properly served, you may be able to contact the courts and have the judgment vacated or "set-aside" until you can have your day in court. The first step in this is to look at the suit(which according to you, you already have) specifically for the "Proof of Service" if it is invalid you can most likely go after having the judgement vacated. It may not change the end result, but at least you can have your day in court.
Of course if you are telling the 100% truth the lawyer you used to file the Bankruptcy would have told you this exact same thing. So either a)You acted as your own lawyer, or b)You are not telling the 100% truth and you were properly notified of the suit.
