You say they are a "predatory lender"? Who forced you into this deal? You don't have a clue as to what the hell you're talking about.
You are a SUBPRIME borrower because YOU gave yourself a REPUTATION of not paying your bills on time. A bank, with much lower interest rates wouldn't finance you because of YOUR HISTORY of not paying your bills on time.
The lender doesn't have to give you any notice of a repo. Why would they? How many subprime borrowers would hide the car, destroy or damage the car?
Late means LATE! Anytime you are late you are looking down the barrel of a possible repo. Subprime lenders don't mess around.
Why not change this? Why not develope a game plan to pay every bill on time everytime???

This must be the most horrible company in the United states and they need shut down, I have spoke to dealers, salesman, and other customers who also say they have went through pure hell with this company, they harrass, and dont care to work with anyone. The economy is horrible right now, and they are still not willing to do a d**n thing to help anyone. I hope they get what is coming to them, they need to be stopped. They cant even be charged with unfair debt collection because they dont even make an effort to collect, except show up, take your car and to hell with the customer lining their pockets. Go to hell credit acceptance. And any employee who works there has to have no conscious, this isnt a good business, this is a disgusting hell hole who doesnt give a d**n about their customers!! Hey, way to go CAC!!!

The GPS/SID(starter interupt device) will start beeping 2 days after the due date has passed letting you know your payment is late, if you ignore that it will eventually shut off then andonly then does a repo order get issued. The info about the terms of the device was part of the paperwork that was with the contract you signed. These aren't put on every car financed but the dealer felt it was needed in your case. Don't know if you bothered to call Credit Accpetance but you would have been told all this if you called. I speak to alot of consumers thinking they can do whatever they wish when it comes to paying the debt.
