What does credit acceptance have to do with the warranty company. Credit Acceptance is the lender they advanced you money to purchase a car, they have nothing to do with the warranty company. As far as the payment goes, was was the monthly payment listed on the retail contract you signed? If the contact indicated your payment is one amount and the coupon book has a different amount than what your contract says you merely need to contact Credit Acceptance and provide them a copy of your contract for comparision with the contract that was recieved from the dealer.

My name is Angela In March of 2008 I purchased a 1999 Jeep from a local dealer ship in Smithfield North Carolina. After only having my vehicle for 4 months I took it in because it was making a noise. I was told by the repair shop that my axles were broken and needed to be replaceed. I quickly gave him my extended warranty that I purchased with the Jeep ( over $1300 extra dollars attached to my bill). After callin gthe warranty company I was told that they wouldn't honor my warranty because they have never seen a case where your axle was broken and it was not caused by your boots. The repair shop stated to me that the problem that I was having was not caused by me but it started over 7 months before I purchased the vehicle. After talking to credit acceptance I was told that the warranty was not their problem. Now my car has been sitting in my yard for over three months I have been trying to make the payment but now it is difficult to make payments on a vehicle that I cannot drive. Because I 'am now in need of a vehicle to get back and forwards to my job. I feel that they need to be more responible for there clients. So I have decided to let them have my car back and just talk my chances at getting another vehicle some where else.

Credit Acceptance is a lender. They are not the dealer or warranty company who COULD be responsible for fixing your vehicle. Also, pay your payment on or before it is due and you will not be bothered with late payment calls.
