Having dealt with CAC twice now, once for a car I purchased from the dealership and a car I purchased from a family member (where CAC was the lien holder) I can tell you your best option is sending a certified letter. You can type these up yourself through Microsoft Office. If that doesn't work, your only other option is to contact an attorney. Sadly, those are the only 2 ways to get them to do their job. You have been quite lucky so far. It took myself and the dealership 6 faxes to the warranty department, a certified letter, and an attorney to get it cancelled and refunded, and I paid my car off within 2 weeks of purchasing it, with the money from my home equity loan. Good Luck!
