Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Its been a problem since I got credit one, I noticed it said if you do express pay for 9.95

your funds are available the next day if not they take your payment immediately but

doesn't become available for 5 days which is not right. I was getting paper bills but they stopped

which caused me to miss april. so i have a double payment and 35. late fee. Today I tried to

make a payment before a 2nd late charge was applied.

I couldn't get into my account said my PW was wrong so they sent a temp code i copy and pasted

said it was wrong so im locked out of my account. I tried to get a human I called every number on the site customer support.

fraud, lost card, credit protection, collections, and website related inquiries. every number took me

to the same automated message. It appears they make it difficult so they can add late fees.

It was the only card I could get it was for credit repair its not its the way of scamming people

who cant get a real card.

Credit One claims to help repair credit, the operation is a complete rip off from the start. The passwords don't work they send temporary passwords that won't work. If you call any of the numbers on the site its an automated message if offering you the option of paying by phone for 10.00 thats the only option. Its impossible to get a human I refused to pay the 10.00 rip off fee they added late charges and had the account sold to a debt collector in 3 months. I have both on my credit reports its a scam and they are part of Capitol One, stay away from credit one its an automated scam.

"You knew you had the account and you knew a payment was due every month" yes I did know

What I wrote was more about not being able to get into Credit One Acount. But apparently

the person who wrote "typical deadbeat excuse" missed it or ignored that. Like I said I tried to

make a payment for 10 hours but couldn't access my account or get a human on the phone its

an automated scam. I believe Credit One has a reputation for scamming and ripping people off,

I only say that because I searched Credit One on line and saw more about scams than Banking.

So I guess everyone is a deadbeat/customer of Credit One, I did go to Credit One on FB and

complained there. I recieved a response from a person named Philip who said he was sorry and

to send him a private message about what happened because he wanted customers to be happy

with Credit One, I wrote what happened and hit the message button but like everything else it

was disabled I should have seen that coming. At this point it goes unpaid I have tried to get into

the account no luck and I won't spend a day trying again.

Typical Lame Deadbeat Excuse!

You knew you had the account and you knew a payment was due every month. Your feeble excuse that you didn't pay because you didn't get a bill is simply a bunch of horse manure! You chose to NOT make a payment. You brought the late fee upon yourself. Your whining about how you need to wait five days to use the card is indicative you don't know how to manage money.
