They promised me a tradeline from their credit rise up website. It never posted and they stop answering my calls blocked my number. They will never call me back or respond. They were responding at first before I gave them 700 dollars but afterwards they never answer the phone for mr or return my calls.

 The only reason they are replying to this post is because they want to continue to run scams on customers. This company I begged over and over to please give me a call. They would never return any calls. Prior to them receiving my money over a month I inquired to make sure I felt comfortable. They answered and responded promptly every time. However after them receiving my money they refused to respond to my calls never answering or calling back. They checked out everything they said beforehand and said it is ok the car tradeline will post. It never posted AGAIN WARNING THIS COMPANY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY

This client submitted an order to us less than a month ago for a tradeline. We have a refund policy that states to contact our support department if you have a non-posting tradeline.

This client, Kalonji Cason, submitted a CPN for a tradeline that was flagged. We won't be adding a tradeline to his CPN and therefore submitted a refund to the same payment type to both his debit cards.

We only accept debit/credit cards, we never accept any cash, money grams or wires, which means the client is protected by their banking institution and can always ask for a chargeback through their bank if they never receive the proper services. 

This client, Kalonji Cason, has harassed and threatened our customer service team and sales representative within only weeks of his order. 

Over the years, we've served thousands of satisfied customers and we've been in business for many years. This client wants to try to destroy our reputation with a couple of bad remarks online within the last couple of days.
