I was locked out of my account due to error in bank account number (same sccount number I've paid thru for the past eight yesrs) Atempted to pay the account off, was told I could not because I had already made 4 payments on the account in the past month; told to pay off aftger 6/4/16.  Tried today; same response. transferred to supervisor, who was unaware I could hear her end of the transfer- 2x she said she would be disconnecting the transfer.  Unmfortunately for her, the transfer went thru.  Her name is  "Aharnic".  Tried to pay thru her, same thing, cant accept,; finally told her rather than wasting anymore of my timne trying to pay them, I'd be filing a class action suit.  None of the representatives I spoke with spoke English.  I could not even get a proper location- all I was told is that they are "offshore"

Really need to dispute this entire account with the credit card company themselves.

Credit One Bank is a subprime type lender. As a result they have all kinds of strange rules, one of the rules being you can only pay 4x/month.

The work around this rule is to send them a payment using Western Union. They will accept those payments if you have already made your 4 payments this month.  It is probably a better idea to pay them off and close the credit card then to throw away funds on litigation that won't go anywhere. I say that because the terms and conditions were in writing when you accepted the card.
