As a one time customer of CreditReport.com I am extremely disappointed, and appauled at their service. I was correctly charged for my credit report, however following that time, I was incorrectly charged for a monitoring service, and it was not in the T & C on their site. So thinking, I would receive good service, I called the number on my bank statement, and spoke to a representative, who told me it was my error and for me to get online so he could point it out to me. Normally I wouldn't take this as a bad thing, however he was extremely rude, which was my queue to immediately request a supervisor. Then Kristy came on the phone, stating she was a supervisor, spoke to me in the exact same way. Very condescending and stating their is a no refund policy and I should have read the emails they sent me stating they were going to charge me each month for a monitoring service. At which time I informed her I had not received any email from them with that information. She told me to look in my SPAM folder and I informed her I have already searched high and low in my mailbox and nothing from them was received. She was rude, unprofessional and was overspeaking me the entire conversation. Oh and beware they are very confrontational. I am now heading to the government sites to report them, just thought some of you would like to see how a first time customer was treated by them.
